Regency Isle is located right on an absolutely lovely wide beach. The view of the Gulf of America from our 9th floor condo was amazing! The unit was clean and tidy; nice linens and towels; well equipped kitchen; large porch accessed from the living room and master suite; televisions I could manage without having to take a seminar. Management responded and resolved the few minor issues immediately. I can definitely recommend these accommodations.

Place was great, view was great., location was great. My only complaint was when we called to ask about extra towels and wash clothes the person on the other end, was not accommodating at all. I felt like we didn't have enough of either for time were were there. We bought some at a local store, but it was kind of a hassle. We also had a light out over the dining area, but once i reported it, it was fixed ( a three or 4 bulb fixture and they replaced all but one lamp) in about an hour.

Stay was ok, the king bed was broken so when we moved it felt like it would collapse. The shower in the doubled bed room did not work, other than that it was decent.
