With sweeping views of the sand and emerald waters below, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world as soon as you step through the front door. Just slide open the double set of French doors and enjoy your 12th-floor balcony right away. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, relax in the hot tub, or even hit the gym. Inside, you’ll find an open and light-filled living space with plenty of counter space in the well-equipped kitchen. There’s even a dining table and table on the balcony for meals. When you’re ready to explore, you’re just a short walk away from shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even visit Palm Point Plaza, which is just a mile away. Gulf State Park is a bit further down the road, but central Gulf Shores is just a few miles away. After a day of beach fun, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of your laundry. And if you want to relax and unplug, you can spend the night back on the balcony, admiring the night sky over the Gulf. This coastal getaway is everything you’ve been dreaming of, and all that’s left to do is book!

**Things to Know:**

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on the 12th floor.
- Parking is available for a fee ($50 per vehicle, 2 vehicle maximum) Parking is gated with an on duty guard. There’s a gated parking lot and fenced trailer parking across the street.
- Guest entry instructions: This rental uses an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. The code is reset after each guest’s stay. Just a heads up, you’ll need to be at least 25 years old to rent this place.

***Also, our outdoor pool will be closed from mid-August 2024 through May 2025 for some much-needed maintenance. But don’t worry, all the other cool amenities are still up and running!***
