Seachase 903E - RELAX to Stunning Views from this Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

Stunning views of the Gulf from the living area, master bedroom and balcony as well as up to date relaxing decor, make this beautifully furnished 1,420 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, ninth floor condominium, a renter's favorite. The beautifully done kitchen features new cabinets as well as new granite counter tops and includes a microwave and dishwasher with a separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The unit also has a wet bar with granite countertops which includes an ice machine. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, recently renovated separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. The unit also includes granite counter tops in both the master & second bathrooms. Both the master and second bedrooms have been recently renovated and the unit is CARPET FREE!

Excellent Stay!

Condo was beautiful and clean and a perfect view of the Gulf. Great beach location. Liked having the 24 hour security. The whole condo complex was spotless. Pools and hot tubs sparkling clean. Great location - right across from Walmart for everything you need. Whitney was great to work with. As soon as we messaged her with a question she got immediately back to us. We are planning to come back here again!

We had a great stay!

Checking in was a breeze and we were able to use the pool while we waited for our condo to be ready. Communication with the owner was easy too! She answered any questions we had and checked in on us to make sure we were happy. The condo was beautiful and spacious.

My favorite condo in OBA

This was our third time staying in this particular condo. The communication with the owner is by far the best I’ve experienced from a VRBO host. Second, the location is perfect. You are close to restaurants and groceries, and the condo is right on the beach. Third, the condo is very clean. The pools are also great, my kid loves them! We look forward to spending time here again!

Beautiful and easy stay on the beach

We were here for spring break with our family and had an amazing stay. The condo is well maintained and as described. It has a beautiful view and everything you need to make the stay easy. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal but working with the owner was simple. He was quick and helpful. We look forward to returning next year.

The condo was well equipped. The only negative aspect was that the bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Everything was as expected and more..

We enjoyed staying at this condo...sunrises were beautiful from the balcony...only thing I suggest is a Bissell stick broom to sweep up the sand..brooms just don't do that good of a job...other than that it was a wonderful vacation.

Great stay in a beautiful condo

We booked this condo for the Labor Day weekend and we were very happy with our choice. This unit was beautiful, clean and everything was in working order. There were lots of towels and an ice machine was very appreciated for our hot days on the beach. The owner was great to work with and she was quick to answer any questions that I had. I would absolutely recommend staying in this unit!

EXCELLENT CONDO!

This condo was right on the water, close to the elevator and trash chute, AND had a covered designated parking spot. It was clean, fully stocked with in the kitchen, and tastefully decorated. We loved coming back to the condo after spending time at the beach and pool. It wasn’t too crowded, and there were many options on where to swim. We were SO impressed by the condo, we plan to return here as much as we can.

Very Comfortable!!

This is a very comfortable condo and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. When we go on a beach vacation I like to be on a high floor to have a better view. All of the furniture is very comfortable to lounge on and just relax. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall this was a relaxing trip in a condo in a great location. Will definitely be coming back soon..

Great condo! Friendly owners!

My husband, daughter and I recently stayed over the 4th of July. From booking, questions, checking in and out, Whitney was so easy to work with. The condo itself was very clean, and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. We rented beach chairs and enjoyed each of the outdoor pools. This is our fourth time staying at Seachase, and won't stay anywhere else. Its close to restaurants, grocery stores, has security, and is super family friendly. Overall, it was the best week at the beach. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of furniture was nice except wicker in bedrooms. Smokers above us dropping ashes/cig butts onto our balcony; dogs barking during night due to noises outside; loose floor tiles in walk thru area between bar & dining room table.

SeaChase 903e

We had a great week at the beach! My family and I have been vacationing in Orange Beach since 1987 and have stayed at SeaChase many times over the years. The property and grounds are very well maintained. This unit was clean and well appointed. There is plenty of seating. We appreciated the extra drink refrigerator in the laundry. I would suggest replacing the kitchen cabinets and the living room sofa as they have definitely seen better days. All in all, very nice unit in a great location!!

Week at Sea Chase

This unit was the perfect size and layout for our family of 3. Some of the features we really enjoyed were the ice machine, keurig, large master bathroom, and table/chairs on patio! The kitchen had lots of dishes and cookware. While the sink and cabinets might need to be updated, everything worked well. We have stayed at Sea Chase before, and appreciate the easy access to the beach and pools as well as its perfect location! We would choose this unit again for sure! Whitney was responsive and easy to communicate with!
