The living room and dining room create breathtaking views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer combo, stacked microwave and oven, a sleek stove top range, toaster, and coffee maker. Mix up drinks from the wet bar that features an ice maker, blender, and wine cooler. Step out onto the private balcony & cook dinner on the stainless steel grill, then slip into your private hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo, sleeping 18, has 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The two Master bedrooms each have a King bed, flat screen TV, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The adjacent master bathrooms have a spa jet tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.

Celebrating life together. Our family had a heart breaking 2024. We just wanted to hang out together and play games, laugh, and reminisce. Our condo was perfect. Spacious, clean, nice furnishings, comfortable beds.

We stayed here with the entire family, kids, grandkids and our even a great grandchild and absolutely enjoyed everything. The amenities were fantastic, the balcony from the 29th floor offered spectacular views and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river when the jelly fish kept them from the ocean. This place was incredible! The view is amazing, and the condo is HUGE with plenty of sleeping space for my big family. The kitchen is incredible and the hot tub on the balcony was nice to have in the wintertime. This unit was very very clean. If you have a big group, this place sleeps 18 and I highly recommend! We will definitely be booking here again!

The unit is in a beautiful location with all the Turquoise Towers amenities. It was the perfect way for our extended family to be together in a single unit. The children loved the dorm room set up with the bunks. Lots of cousin together time. My only criticism is we felt the kitchen furnishings (pots, pans, utensils, knives) quality was less than expected for a unit of this type.

Great condo in a great location. My only complaint is that the hot tub did not work, and with 6 kid’s staying in late December, that was one of the main reasons for booking the room. I contacted the front desk for repairs and after two days of trying to get it operational it finally started to heat up. On the third day the employee tested the water and told us that he would have to shut down the hot tub. The following morning an employee showed up and started draining it. After refilling it that evening the water was too cold for use. Long story short, we stayed 4 nights in December and wasn’t able to use the hot tub!!!

Beautiful location but ice machine and grill did not work. We notified the management company but they did not come to fix it like they said they would. There was also broken furniture. Beautiful place but for the rate I would’ve expected all the amenities to work or at least come fix them like they said they would.

The condo is excellent. However, there were 8 light bulbs in a bathroom and 4 were burnt out, 1 sink was very slow draining and the 1/2.bathroom did not drain at all. A bedroom fan light would not turn off when fan was runnable my. Was told it was wired wrong. One of the burners on the grill did not work. The he maintenance people that came. Maintenance people that came out would just fix one thing. A handyman that will fix more then one thing is certainly needed.

We love Turquoise Place. However, we tried a different unit this time and there were issues. These are the things that stood out to me and would definitely make the stay better if corrected. Some of the dining room chairs as well as the sofa had stains on them. There was a stain/spot on the MBR bedspread. One of the bar chairs was missing a bolt. The shower faucet was not very user-friendly. The jacuzzi tub in one of the MBR came on by itself and was hard to turn it off. There was not Keurig for coffee. The sheets were too small and kept coming off the corners during the night. There was no cleaner provided to keep the countertops wiped down in the kitchen. There were no luggage stands in any of the bedrooms therefore our suitcases had to be on the floor. There were no loungers on the balcony, only chairs. For the money that was spent on renting this unit, I feel like some of these things listed shouldn't have been the way the were.

After calling for repairs, a repairman show up and was ask to return in 30 minutes in which he agreed. However he never showed up again. This is not third time having issues with Caribe rentals. Four lightbulbs not working in one room, fireplace and grill not working. The raw smell of sewer from bathtub. All this was reported but nothing was done to correct the issues. I spoke with front desk and called phone number provided for repairs. I will never deal with Caribe resorts and will not recommend to anyone.

Our annual family reunion was a success! The condo was wonderful in regards of space. The balcony views were amazing to see pelicans and seagulls flying at our eye level. We were blessed with wonderful weather! Loved the refrigerator and freezer because when you put four families together there sure is a lot of food! Our start began a little rocky because we received an email from the property management stating we could be on property and use facilities before check-in. Got to the property and we were told that was not correct. Although I do understand for insurance reasons it was a stressful time because we had family coming in from Tennessee and Georgia early. Irritated that the management company sent the email. Thank the Lord it all worked out and the condo was ready to be checked in early. Also they said that the hot tub would be maintenance every three days, that was not true. Ours was never maintenance. So my recommendation is to call every third day to make sure it happens. For a condo that is supposed to sleep 18 people it certainly does not have enough bath towels for 18 people. I recommend bringing an extra set of bath towels for each room. We would definitely stay here again but just now know what to expect.

We stayed for the week with our 5 kids. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the floors at the beginning of the stay. However, it was promptly addressed and remedied. It's a beautiful condo, but does seem to need a bit of maintenance and upkeep for a few broken items. Nothing major at all, we had a great time, overall, and really enjoyed our stay.
