Everyone will enjoy the HUGE 70" TV in the living room for sure!!! And, you can enjoy the TV while relaxing in the new living room furniture! Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it! The dining room seats 6 plus there are 4 bar stools at the "bar" counter!

The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom so that you get a spectacular view! (NOTE: the master bedroom doesn't have a sliding glass door leading to the balcony, but it does have a floor-to-ceiling window!) The guest bedroom has a full top and full bottom bunk bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.

This condo sleeps up to 7 people by using the sofa sleeper as well! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

* Our minimum age requirement to book this condo is 25
* Rates subject to change up until time of booking

* NO pets allowed

* NO smoking in the unit or on the balcony

* Parking passes are not included with the reservation. The parking passes are approximately $60 for your entire stay if you purchase ahead of time ($70 if purchased on your day of arrival).

You are allowed to purchase two parking passes for two vehicles.
