Escape to paradise at this beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo that

offers the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore as

you relax in this Orange Beach rental.



**Parking** : **Max 2 vehicles, $90 for 2 passes and $50 for one. Please give

24 hours notice on # of passes to be purchased through the manager.**



Located on the 10th floor with breathtaking Gulf views, this condo features a

luxurious master suite with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and balcony access.

Indulge in the private master bath's Jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and walk-in

closet. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to

the hall bath. The third bedroom boasts double full beds, a flat-screen TV, a

private bath, and a North-facing balcony with stunning views of Cotton Bayou.

Every towel, sheet, comforter, and pillow sham is meticulously laundered in

our high-heat commercial washers using EPA-approved detergents, ensuring

complete sanitation.



Tidewater, where this condo is located, provides an array of amenities and

activities for a memorable beach adventure. Take a refreshing dip in the large

outdoor Gulf-front pool or enjoy the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Stay

active in the fitness room and unwind in the sauna.



Unwind in the spacious 1,300 square feet of living space that this unit

offers, making it the perfect retreat for you and your guests. When you're

ready to explore beyond the condo, you'll find yourself within walking

distance of the newly remodeled Zeke's Restaurant, Shrimp Basket, City Donut,

and Kayden's Candy Factory.



Our Housekeeping team provides a basic startup kit including bath towels, hand

towels, toilet paper, washcloths, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner,

moisturizer, kitchen towels, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. For

longer stays, additional supplies can be conveniently purchased at nearby

stores.

During your stay please make sure to place your parking pass in windshield of

your car at all times.



*** PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions -

STRICTLY ENFORCED.** The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for

the duration of your stay. If bought in advance, the parking pass is inside

the property in the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and

display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight

during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls,

trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

Won’t stay here again.

Online description stated this condo slept 9 people. It only slept 7. Listing stated the condo had a pull out sofa, but it did not. Our 2 kids had to sleep on a couch together. Not ideal for 5 nights, whatsoever. Furniture on the balcony was garbage. Busted seats that you would fall through if you sat on, which we did because the owners had broken part covered with a cushion. Shower in master bathroom was a joke. The handle was broken, and it took forever to figure out how to get hot/cold water. Guest bathroom sink was stopped up the entire time. This is my first negative review I’ve ever given, but this was the worst condo we’ve ever rented and we come to Orange beach every year.
