Pardon the progress!! Summer House is getting a gorgeous update with new windows, balcony coverings, new rails, all new paint on the building exterior, and amenity and common area updates! The work to the balconies and rails is completed on building B, but work will continue on building A through the spring. During this time, the exterior pool will remain closed. The indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and boardwalk to the beach will all be open during this time. Construction is expected to complete at the end of May with the pool opening for Memorial Day weekend.

This condo was recently purchased by amazing new owners who have updated the condo with new flooring, new paint, new trim, new shiplap accents, new light fixture, updated baths, new furniture, bedding, mattresses, and more! The owners care about your enjoyment and comfort in their condo, and this shows everywhere you look inside Summer House 1003B!

One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' Deep! Wow! One of the largest decks on the island!! It is set up like an outdoor living area!! Relax on the sofa with your coffee in the morning or have a snack at the 4 top table. The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful shimmering turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating. A new, large 65" SMART TV Is found in the living room - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach. The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. New pots, pans, dishes, utensils! The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

Smart TV's are also found in the master bedroom and guest bedrooms.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Family Vacation

We had 6 adults and 3 kids for a week in the condo. The large balcony was my favorite part. It was a bit tight with a group our size, but overall we were very happy with the condo, the pool and the beach!

Relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again. Only issue I had was the elevators kind of scared me by making loud noises and not acting right. Construction was going on outside the building but our condo was nice and very relaxing.

I had my 21 and 18 year olds with me, and their friends. Location was great, right on the beach. The building was old, but the condo itself was clean and very nice. The check in process was great and management was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Condo was just the right size very close to beach..walking steps..the only drawback was that one of two elevators was out of use for a few days; also the pool could have used a thorough cleaning.

Awesome condo

We had a blast at Summer House condo 1003B it was the perfect size for our family vacation and was so clean !! The balcony was spacious which was awesome because I love drinking my morning coffee looking at the beach! The rest of the condo complex was nice and the pool was great. While the indoor pool is across the parking lot it wasn’t nearly as inconvenient as k thought it would be and the pool was pretty nice! We will definitely be booking this unit again !!

Clean, updated, and comfortable

Furniture and beds were very comfortable, with very nice outdoor furniture as well. Nicely decorated and an excellent view from the balcony. Indoor pool and spa we're across the parking lot, but nothing can be done about that! We had to stay inside a lot due to weather, and were very comfortable. Management was extremely responsive and kind. Refrigerator was replaced while we were there, which was inconvenient, but management made it as good as possible.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Honestly, I was surprised to find that the property was even better than the pictures. Location was convenient to everything we needed. My husband brought his road bike and I run, so being on the main road with bike lanes in both directions as far as we could go was awesome. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials, as well as a what I would consider extras after some other rentals I have been at. The balcony is like its own amazing getaway to sit and relax. The ice maker in the kitchen is the appliance I never knew I needed, but how excellent, especially for filling the cooler to take to the beach. The only slight I have for the property is the amenities of the hot tub & workout space. They were dated and not in very good working order. The positive is, everything else was great and we didn't even need them. 10/10 - We would definitely stay at this property again.

Oceanfront condo review

Condo was very cutely decorated and awesome location and balcony was very spacious with lots of seating. Everything was in order and would recommend staying here. The only thing I couldn't give 4 or 5 stars to was the cleanliness of the floors. They appeared clean, however, after walking barefoot for short time, our feet were black. I feel the cleaning people probably only vacuum and didn't actually mop the floors because they we felt like we had to always have flipflops on otherwise our feet would be very dirty. As a condo owner, I would recommend getting better cleaning service or notifying them that the floors must be mopped after each stay Other than that, the condo was great!

Nice Place

The only issue we had at all was being given the wrong gate code upon arrival. Luckily, we received the correct gate code promptly when we texted. The place was very clean and we never had to wait on elevators. My favorite part of this condo was it is very close to the beach. The condo was very nice and we had no issues. The beds are very firm which I am not a fan of, however some love firm beds. We really enjoyed the location and never had an issue with parking.
