Summerchase PH2 is a three-bedroom, three-bath penthouse with stunning Gulf-front views from the 13th floor.

• Third bedroom includes two full-size beds

• Keyless entry—no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

This was a beautifully furnished condo. Unfortunately, it could use some better housekeeping. There was a large wad of hair in the floor of the master shower and both beds in the children’s bedroom had hairs in them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The Penthouse condo was fantastic! It was the perfect size for ten guests. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. The condo was well stocked with card games, board games, and plenty of dishes for us to use. We loved the pool, hot tub, and workout room. We will definitely be booking this condo again if it is available!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property is beautiful! My only complaints are minor- the master shower was full of sand and there were no bath mats or anything on the floor so we had to use our towels to put on the floor. I suggest getting some bathroom floor mats. Everything else was perfect!
