Sandy Gull Too is a beautifully decorated home located in the gated community of Palm Harbor in Orange Beach. Palm Harbor features a fishing pier on Cotton Bayou, a tennis court, and an outdoor swimming pool (not heated). There is deeded beach access directly across the street.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining area has seating for eight and two barstools for additional seating. The kitchen has a Keurig, a wine cooler, and a countertop ice maker..There is a sunroom with a new bumper pool table that the kids will love!

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. The adjacent primary bathroom has a large jetted tub. It is located on the second floor with the kitchen and living area.

The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first bedroom downstairs has a king-sized bed. This bedroom features its own bathroom. The other two downstairs bedrooms feature a jack-and-jill bathroom. The middle bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top, a full on bottom, and a twin-sized bed. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. The last bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The unit also has a booster seat with a tray and a Cosco Play Yard ***sheets not included***.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
