Our goal was to build a place for ourselves and our guests that strikes a perfect balance of being inviting, comfortable, and classic. We outfitted it with many upgrades and top quality furnishings and accessories, so every room invites us, and you, to enjoy it.

1 mom brought 7 boys on their Senior Trip. The convo was the perfect space. Clean. Stocked. Great view. Short walk to the beach. The boys loved it and we would return.

We were in town for a cheer competition. 2404 was great. The condo provided for every need we had. Accommodation, view and proximity to the competition all wrapped in one. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Let me just say 3 days were NOT enough !!! The unit was every bit impressive. The kids enjoyed the attractions, especially the lazy river, and waterslide. We will most definitely be visiting again!

My grandson is a crawler and within 30 minutes of being in the condo, the tops of his feet were black. Also, no bath cloths or pot holders in the condo.

Spent a week for spring break and volleyball games. Kids ranged from 11-15 and was plenty of room. Was so nice having a full 4th bathroom!!

Was very happy with the Location. However, was very disappointed in the condo, as the pictures made the furniture look new. However, all the furniture was old and outdated...beds were ok! We actually took sheets and covered the couches and chairs. Sad the money they charge that they don’t update to nicer furnishing. Outside patio furniture had no seat covers, which I guess was ok considering. It is all wood, no glass top, it was ok! I was disappointed in the condo, because I like to rent something nice and it looked really nice on the website. Read reviews and they were all good, I wish people would be honest though. This is being honest. We still had a fun time. They need to replace living room furniture, need a good mop - it was broken, and the toaster and coffee maker were gross. Not cleaned well and kept up with. Bathrooms were good, except one towel rack about to fall off the wall. Freezer was covered in ice when we got there, so we couldn’t use it! But they had an ice maker separate which was great! Over it was clean, but we re-cleaned it, due to Covid! Loved the location, because it was away from other hotels and condos. Over all, I’d rate this as a 3* out of a 5* Average! Be out by check out, because the door automatically changes the code and you can’t get back in after 10am checkout if you happen to have left anything.

Labor Day 2019--My mom, 3 sisters, all the kids and husbands! Tons of room for all of us (when we were in the condo)--Large sectional couch (no fold out bed in it!) and 2 recliners--great televisions with sound bars in all bedrooms. Made for some great SEC football watching with the brother-in-laws! Kitchen has everything you need (we cooked all meals!)--including Keurig, regular coffee maker, and a crock pot. Bathrooms are huge and we loved the full size washer and dryer. Beach is great and not so crowded because you don't have high rises on either side--there are houses and town houses. The walk to the beach is minimal--very doable for anyone with mobility issues (this was a worry for us) Balcony has a table and six chairs which we ate at daily. Elevators were fast and we never waited more than a couple minutes. Parking is all in the deck so your car is covered. Pools were super-especially the lazy river. Workout areas were adequate--not many free weights but the view was great! Hope this review helps with any questions--We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our girls’ trip! We enjoyed our stay and everything was nice and clean, rooms have comfortable beds. Loved having four full bathrooms. Kitchen was great. Large family room area with plenty of seating. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway!

I deducted a star due to spotty wifi connection. I did not have service in the condo and the wifi would cut in and out. When it was connected, the speed was slow. Other than that, the property was fantastic!
