Large, newly remodeled, Non-Smoking condo has all the amenities for a wonderful vacation experience. Breathtaking 8th floor views from the den, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and corner balcony. At night, lay in your king-size bed, and let the surf lull you to sleep. In the morning, fix yourself a cup of coffee and watch the boats as they are leaving the pass to go fishing. You can also see dolphins cruise along the beach. When you're ready for the beach, there are no long hikes here - you can't stay any closer to the beach than The Breakers. We also have other units available if you need additional space for your group.

This 1200 square foot condo is right across the street from three supermarkets, restaurants, discount stores, and new upscale shopping (see our map for great dining and entertainment suggestions). This was our first time in Orange Beach and it was wonderful! The condo was clean, updated, had everything we needed for the week, and had the BEST views! We would definitely come back for another stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon. The host were very friendly, responded promptly and were just a pleasure to work with. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, the beds so comfy and we had everything that we needed available to us. Also the location and parking were very convenient. Condo was just as described and very clean. Appreciated the higher end furnishings and kitchen was well stocked with everything we would have needed if we wanted to cook. The only downside was the living room TV that would lose signal every few minutes. The bedroom one worked fine. Also no hairdryer in the unit. It was not listed on the amenities but I just assumed there would be one. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again.

Lovely time at the beach in Winter.

This property was simply beautiful. My mom and I decided to take a break at the beach for the winter. The 8th floor was perfect for sitting on the front patio and watching the sea life below. The home was decorated so perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed rooms were so comfortable. I love the screens on the bedroom window so I could open the window at night and listen to the waves. The owners were attentive and helpful. The location was close to everything! The condo building was smaller than so many of the other huge (too huge) ones near by and this made it feel less overwhelming. This will be our go to home every January going forward. Had no complaints at all. 5 stars.

Great updated condo!

We loved our stay at the Breakers condo. It was a really slow time of year in Orange Beach so it was nice and quiet there. The inside is tastefully decorated with new appliances, quality cookware and kitchen knives. The bed was also super comfy. All in all it was excellent! Communication with the owners was very easy and I received quick responses. We will come back to this unit!
