Relax & Enjoy this fully renovated MODERN beachfront condominium with stunning 12th floor balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico & Perdido Pass. New windows & sliding doors.

Included in this 2 BR/2 bath condo is a fully stocked kitchen w/ all new stainless steel appliances, modern mosaic tile backsplash, new quartz countertops, & updated cabinetry.

Also enjoy all new beds, mattresses, linens & towels throughout. The master bedroom has 1 king bed w/ a new 42' flat screen TV & DVD player. Stunning beach views also await you from the master bedroom w/ balcony access/sliding door.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 new full beds and a full bathroom. This bedroom has a 32" flatscreen TV.

Both bathroom renovations include new/updated cabinetry, new countertops, new tile floors, new sinks & all new bath/shower hardware.

This condo also features all new lighting, ceiling fans, new living room furniture, new 52" flatscreen TV, and an oversized goose-down cushion sofa that can sleep 1 (twin size). Beautiful beachfront views in master bed & living/main area.

The dining table seats 6 & the kitchen countertop bar seats 2. The new (not updated pic) outdoor patio table seats 4.

Phoenix 7 has a large pool and a kids pool. There are also 7 outdoor grills around 2 gazebos with tables near the pool.

The property also has a large indoor heated pool 3 hot tubs, a men and woman's sauna, tennis courts, basketball goal, & a racquetball court. There is also an exercise room with weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair climbers.

There are many restaurants, stores, & marinas located nearby. Walk to The Gulf restaurant & bar, Voyagers Restaurant, Zeke’s marina/restaurant, San Roc Caye Marina & shops!

We were pleased with he condo . It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and especially liked the location and view from the balcony. Brandon was easy to communicate with and provided all the information we needed to checkin and checkout easily.

Very nice condo in Orange Beach. Condo is very clean and well taken care of. Location and View is great. Supplied with extra linens was a nice touch. Host was prompt to respond to questions and easy to work with. We would stay again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful! The location was really good, and the building was very well-maintained. There were lots of luggage carts readily available—seems like a minor thing until you have to haul tons of luggage, so was a nice amenity.

Perfect Stay

This condo was exactly as described and the perfect place for my short stay. It was newly remodeled, clean, comfortable furnishings, and is close to some many local restaurants, bars, etc. The communication from the owner regarding my reservation was outstanding and I had no issues while there. I will definitely keep this condo I mind for future trips.

Amazing Rental!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo at Orange Beach. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family. It was minutes away from the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. The owners were very easy to work with. We had no trouble what so ever and were able to relax. We would definitely recommend this condo to any family wanting to visit the beach!

We had such a great time at this condo the view is amazing and there is such a nice breeze on the balcony . We spent so much time on the balcony just listening to the waves . It was so clean and we had everything we needed there and more. I would definitely recommend staying here you are so close to the beach very easy access . Close proximity to local restaurants and entertainment . You will not regret staying here !!!

Fantastic condo!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful condo with fantastic views. The rooms were spacious with outstanding bedding. The master bed is probably the comfiest mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel/condo. The kitchen is complete with all the pots/pans and utensils you need for your meals. The balcony was beautiful views of the gulf and pool. Easy access to the beach which is always great when hauling beach stuff. Our family didn’t want to leave and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beach condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect, just steps away from the pristine sand and stunning ocean views. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, where I spent mornings sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. The nearby restaurants and shops made it easy to explore the local area. Newly remodeled condo

We had a quick stay for a soccer tournament and were not disappointed. Although the Phoenix VII is a little older, this unit is updated and modern. The condo was very spacious and clean. I was impressed with the scent that greeted us each time we entered. My family makes this trip 3-4 times a year, and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. The only negative was the parking fee. This was of no control of the owner because it is set by the complex, but the cost is 55 per car. I say that for awareness. The owners were great communicators and wanted to ensure we were happy!

It was exactly as described. Check in was super easy and smooth! Location was excellent and access to beach was perfect. There were so many beach items supplied at the condo and the washer and dryer combo was an asset! We would definitely return and recommend this location!
