Phoenix on the Bay Condo 1516 in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy your stay in a coastal themed penthouse condo on the top floor (5th) with a spectacular view of Terry Cove Bay and Perdido Bridge from your oversized balcony. Several updates have been made in the last few years to accommodate our guests.

New refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer are some of the changes we have made to make your stay a vacation you will remember. Relax in the whirlpool tub in master bathroom or in one of two comfortable recliners after a busy day at the pool, beach, fishing or boating. The living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper, 2 sitting chairs and 2 recliners. The large dining room table seats 6 with 2 bar stools for additional guests. This large 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 8 and comes stocked with a chef-ready kitchen, 3 flat screened TVs, and wall hairdryers in each full bath. Look at the great view from a large oversized balcony with table, swivel rocker chairs, and a reclining lounger. There's also a laundry room in the condo with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

There are so many other amenities including: a lazy river, several pools, large water slide, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lighted tennis court and pickle ball court on the roof, a basketball hoop, grilling area, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Alabama beaches are very close by car or boat. Lots of nearby islands are awaiting you by boat or kayak. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped with palms, tropical plants, and spectacular lighting. Sit on the docks or fish off the docks. The covered parking garage is near the condo for conveniently unloading luggage and groceries. There are great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a few minutes drive. *A parking pass must be purchased in lobby upon arrival for $59/vehicle (limit 2). This is required for all rental guests per Phoenix on the Bay Association and subject to change.

Phoenix on the Bay offers boat trailer parking for $10/day, if available.

Liability boat insurance is required. A boat launch is conveniently located on site. There is also a fish cleaning station for your use. Ice is available to buy onsite at the fish cleaning station.
