TAKE TIME.........Our condo is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our unit is on the 12th floor which gives spectacular views of the gulf and beach. There is updated ceramic tile throughout condo with new dining and living room furniture. The two bedrooms are equipped with new mattresses. Both bedrooms have been outfitted with new bedroom furniture, headboards, night stands, and dressers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new king mattress (2022) and the bedroom is oceanfront to hear the surf at all times. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable double beds. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa. There is a flat cook top stove and new above stove microwave in the kitchen. There is updated kitchen cabinets with granite counter top. The master bedroom and living room have direct views of the ocean. There are 3 HD smart TV's in unit. Throughout the condo there is high ten foot ceilings which gives the condo a very bright and spacious feeling. Free Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Watch the porpoises from the balcony as you eat your breakfast or lunch. There is a covered reserved parking space for unit guest. The building has an indoor and outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs. There are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, two pickle board courts, a shuffle board court, a sauna, an ocean view weight room, and too many miles of beach to walk.
Great news, in 2015 your kids are able now to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucket-heads busy throughout your vacation.

OUR UNIT INCLUDES A COVERED RESERVED PARKING SPACE. THE COST FOR PARKING PASS IS $55 AT THE FRONT DESK. OUR UNIT IS ALLOWED TWO PARKING PASSES IF SECOND PASS IS NEEDED (for additional $55)..

Great unit for a young family!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the splash pad and pools, and we loved relaxing on the balcony and beach! The unit was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

We stayed here with our two babies and it was perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival. It’s on the end of a hallway so it was nice and quiet. We loved staying here. We plan to stay here again next summer.

Great Condo

We had a great time at this condo- had everything we needed and a nice balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Pool and splash pad were nice for kids and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Great family vacation

Our condo was clean and perfect for our stay. The Phoenix 5 was great. My kids loved the beach, indoor and outdoor pool and the new splash pad. The view was beautiful and very quite. Great place for a beach vacation.

So much fun

Beautiful and very close to beach. We could hear the ocean at night. The owner had wonderful Recommendations for meals out when we weren’t cooking fresh seafood on the grill below our balcony. Lovely kitchen.

The property was just as described in the listing. Breathtaking views from the gulf. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. Everything you could need for your vacation including toys, chairs and shade for the beach. We loved our stay.

Nice condo. Loved the living room coffee table and end tables. The coffee table lifted up for a desk and the end tables had extra computer outlets. Great location and view of the ocean sunrises!

Summer Vacation

This was our first family trip to Phoenix V and Our stay was wonderful. We were all very pleased with the condo, the pool areas, splash pad, and easy access to the beach! The condo is very clean and well kept. We felt extremely safe here also! I love that we could park our vehicle in the parking garage.We will definitely be staying here again, in the same condo, every vacation!

Had a great stay!

The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beach. There was no loud noise to bother us. Everything we needed was there. Loved the covered parking. We have no complaints about the condo.The elevators were a pain from time to time. That’s to be expected when you consider the number of people in the building overall.

Great Stay with a beautiful view.

Everything was good. We had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that check out was at 10 am, but our code became disabled around 9 am and one of us was locked out of the condo. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Exceeded Our Expectations

The condo was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated and commands a magnificent view of the beach. There were no shortcomings between what was advertised and what was delivered. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were new (or nearly new) and the kitchen contained every appliance, plate and glass/mug needed for a short or longer stay. The only disappointment was the weather (certainly not our host's fault). Fickle Mother Nature delivered a storm that dumped about 6" of snow on our ocean paradise. Snowmen gathered on the beach and then decided to hang around for 3-4 days. Stores and restaurants closed. Roads and bridges were hazardous. Despite the cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property will not disappoint!
