Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and comfortable! The pool and lazy river and slide was a huge hit for the kids! We will absolutely be booking again! Highly recommend!

Nice condo on the bay

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix on the Bay. We brought the family boat and enjoyed using it to get lunch. The lazy river and the slide was great. The negatives include the ridiculous price for the parking passes and the boat slip. Not to mention the floors were so dirty. Our feet were black after walking on them for less than an hour. Housekeeping said they came to clean them. We did notice some improvement.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had great decor and all the amenities you would need. BUT the mattresses were not of good quality. The master bedroom definitely needed a new mattress. The bed frame was on wheels & squeaked every time we rolled over during night. They had put an egg crate on mattress u set sheet to help but unfortunately, the mattress is just shot.

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit in Phoenix on the Bay. The condo is gorgeous and very spacious. Our view from the balcony was beautiful and so peaceful, especially in the mornings. We liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of all the bigger condos on the beach. We just had a short drive to the beach and everything else we wanted to do (minutes). My kids absolutely loved the slide, lazy river and pools (both indoor and outdoor). I enjoyed getting my steps in on the walking path around the lazy river while my kids floated! The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker etc. We would have appreciated a few things being there like salt & pepper and coffee filters. We had to make a quick shopping trip, after already picking up groceries on our way in, for those items along with extra tp and trash bags. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to our friends and family, and we are already talking about when we can come back!

So no lights in that room. Also called one night because one of the bedrooms Doors closed and was locked. We were told that housekeeping was coming. But again no show. We had to pick it. Other then that the condo was amazing. Reps from liquid life were super nice.

Property management issues

Upon arrival, the master bedroom had not been completely cleaned. We arrived promptly at 4 o'clock, and they did not come until five. We turned on the ice-maker in the freezer, and during the night it started leaking water into the kitchen. Due to the fact that it was Easter, the man from the property management team said there was nothing they could do and they would come back on Monday to fix the issue. For the entirety of the stay no one ever came to fix the ice-maker. The toilet in the master bathroom needed to be flushed, at least twice to fully empty. Not having an icemaker at a beach vacation was problematic, their solution was to turn off the water to the freezer. We had to continue to mop up water after they left. I am sure the owners are lovely people. It was not them on any level however, it would've been nice for the property management company to be more proactive in fixing the issue.

Spring Break retreat

My teen daughter and I spent a week here for her Spring Break. We’ve stayed in this same unit in the past. It was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed while there. Check-in and check-out were very easy. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Family Spring Break

We’ve stayed at Phoenix on the Bay for several years and prefer the laid back side of the beach on the bay. Weather wasn’t great but we made the best of it. Lots of kids screaming at the pool and teenagers running around after midnight yelling in hallways was a negative. Water heater makes a constant popping sound, which is tough on a light sleeper like myself. All in all, a good trip despite a few negatives.

Fabulous vacay

The property was beautiful. Check in was simple property managers responded quickly to any problems or request. The pool, hot tubs and surrounding areas were well manicured and clean. The bay was beautiful. The noise level at night was fabulous. All other guests were polite and family oriented. The condo was exactly as described comfortable and clean. It was well supplied. I would definitely consider this property for future vacations. Highly recommended.
