"I would stay here again."

"I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the second room was no better. Floors were dirty, bedding still had stains, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and appliances had visible smudges and residue. The hotel was fully booked, so no other options or upgrades were available. The pool area was also not maintained—dirty chairs, used towels left out, and debris on the ground. For a newer hotel, this was extremely disappointing. It has potential, but the lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again."

"Staff were kind and helpful. The overall experience was good. The only complaints I have are that the lazy river/pool was not heated as described and was actually quite cold and the rooms were not the cleanest. The common areas of the hotel were clean looking and the important parts of our room such as bed and shower were clean but the room was dirty in general. Less important areas such as doors and walls appeared like they had not been wiped in quite some time. We still had a good experience and would consider it again if going to the same area. "

"I was a little disappointed this time. This is our 3rd stay here. The coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. The fridge is not cold enough to put anything perishable in. We had to throw out several things, like milk. there is no way to adjust the temperature. With as much as I paid to stay here, parking should be including. The room was clean though. "

"Great location on a lagoon a block or 2 walk to the beach. Very comfortable and clean room."

"Everyone was super nice . Rooms were a little small and I feel like they should add baths for little kids but other than that, it was great. "

"Amazing room! The condo exceeded expectations. Easy access to the Wharf and felt safe and secure the whole time. The location allowed for fast trips around the area. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit with my family. We loved the ability to have a relaxed space with a grill (although we never used it) and a large balcony overlooking the marina. Bathrooms were amazing. Kitchen was great too with modern touches. Parking was on top of a parking garage behind a secure gate. Luggage carts were easy to come by and made entry and leaving easy. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. "

"Loved the location! We were able to easily walk over to The Wharf for dinner and shopping. The beds in our room were super comfortable and everything was great!"
