Enjoy your morning coffee in the light-filled sunroom - the perfect area to retreat following a day exploring the region. A spa bath and heated towel rails have been appointed to bedroom 1's ensuite for a touch of luxury. Two smart TVs and a washing machine & dryer have also been included for extra convenience and entertainment.

Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

Please note that the home features 1 step at the front door and 4 steps from the sunroom to the backyard.
Parking is available in the garage, however, large 4WDs will need to park on the street as space is limited.
