"The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people...

"This Jax Beach home was the perfect for a family gathering. Had three bedrooms and three full baths. Plenty of space for six adults. Pool is extremely large and perfect for cooling off. House is very clean and we loved the bikes for getting to the beach."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this house within a 10 minute drive to Mayo. Nice quiet neighborhood that is just as close to the beach. Home has everything you expect and more, even some nice surprises welcoming us on arrival. Super clean with quality linens and fixtures, nicely decorated. We loved the coffee bar and really appreciate the host’s attention to detail, obviously wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. A home away from home! We would surely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved the place! The kids didn’t want to leave, they had so many rooms to explore and enjoyed just lounging around and relaxing. The house is beautiful, huge and was very clean! We were provided plenty of towels and soap. The kitchen also provided everything we needed to cook a meal. We would definitely love to stay again in the near future!"

"This was one of the best places I've stayed. They provided extra amenities that were not expected. There waa six of us and there was ample room for us all. If we needed anything the host was readily available. I really appreciate this. All in all this was a great pick for us and we will stay here again when we return to Jacksonville."

"So we enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was nice and neat and clean. Kitchen was nicely furnished, and we loved all the little extras that our hostess put around. The porch was lovely and our beds were quite comfortable. The ice maker was a nice touch. Plenty of room and great location. 😊 Suggestion? Pull switch for ceiling fans and ant beds in front yard need to be treated. Overall 9.5 out of 10😊"

"The home was clean and quiet. It was a very convenient, short drive to LaVenture Grove, where my daughter got married. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 and a nice large kitchen to prepare some food together."

The yard and grounds were very clean and well kept. The yard and driveway was well lit at night, so we felt our car was safe and we felt safe. The entire property was fenced in and well lit with motion lights at night. I would recommend this property and rent from them again."

"I stayed at this property for a work week in downtown. Found the location to be perfect for bringing my dog, walking to restaurants and commuting into town. The home was clean, well equipped and fenced in. Bed was comfortable and a quiet older neighborhood. Will definitely return for future trips."

"This property was perfect for our family of nine which included six adults and three children ages 7 - 10. It is difficult to find a short-rental ideally suited to sleep families with children. The three-bed bedroom provided the three granddaughters their own beds. The girls completely enjoyed their bedroom with their own TV (which, as always, was closely monitored by adults).
