"Very clean "

"We were in town for a funeral and this was a perfect spot. Good coffee and comfortable beds and everything was clean and easy."

"When I arrived to check-in, the front desk attendant was dismissive and rude. First, he didn't even acknowledge my presence til I greeted him first. Second, I was assigned an entirety different room from what I had reserved through Hotels.com. When I asked about it, I was informed that they had no such rooms available and that i should get over it. I swallowed my words and proceeded to my assigned room. After getting settled in, I ran into issues with the TV and remote that was in the room. The TV wouldn't change channels, volume, or even access settings. The only function it was capable of was turning the power on and off. The remote control was of no use either. I made 7-8 trips from my second floor room to the downstairs outside lobby entrance and back again, each time trying different remotes that were supposedly designated for their specific Hotel TV's. I never got the situation resolved and wasted 2-3 hours running around with no soluion. Finally I gave up and went to bed. When I went down for breakfast the next morning I was again disappointed due to lack of food. I arrived to eat around 7:45-8:00 am and found hardly anything to eat. I asked if there was more food coming out since breakfast ended at 9:00 am. Again, with a rude attitude and demeanor I was told that I should have gotten there earlier and no more was being brought out for guests. I relayed all my grievances to the manager hoping for some apology and yes, even a refund. I got laughter and ridicule instead"

"So we had gotten a Suite checked in got to room no AC working. They do have maintenance check it out but no luck. Front desk lady was very helpful and just gave us two separate rooms which that was greatly appreciated. Other than that issue stay was good. "

"The service was excellent very helpful. I had left something in the room. The main service housekeeping called me after I’ve already left and checked out to tell me to come back and get what I left in the room. Very honest people breakfast was great. Casino was awesome is connected to the Motel second time. I’ve stayed there definitely five star for me. "

"Clean, homie like feeling, big comfy beds, hot showers, some renovations but great pleasure"

"Easy to get to hotel. Plenty of parking."

"Didn’t use a/c or hot tub."
