Renovated property for large groups and families with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms

Beautiful large property with 7 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Private pool, big back yard to share time with your family and friends. Private space to park up to 6 cars.

Property has WiFi, independent entrance to each bedroom hotel style, each room has its own TV, mini fridge, bathroom, safe and closet. 5 rooms have queen bed with sofa beds 2 rooms have double beds with sofa bed. kitchen has all you need to cook and feel as if you were home.
Due to the size of the property we have a groundskeeper living on site with an isolated room on the exterior of the house. This person does not interfere with the guest during their stay and is just there to maintain the pool and common areas clean and assist tourist during their stay.

Beautiful place but needs work
This was a beautiful home very spacious had enough room for all of us. The only concern we had was there was a terrible sewer smell in room 7 and we do understand from previous reviews that it’s due to the septic tank under the house but I don’t know if there’s someway to prevent it from smelling . Also, we didn’t realize until we started to make a casserole that there was no oven in the kitchen also in the common area they did give us a large fan to blow but when you have 90+ degrees that really doesn’t help. They really need to think about putting an air conditioner in the common area, especially around the kitchen area with a gas stove in the open flames when you’re cooking that kitchen can get up to 100° , the pool was beautiful the rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were excellent. My only concern is that when I send a message to the owners, it did take hours for them to get back with us and then we were out about,Because we were out and about so no issues could be resolved but another issue we had was there was 16 of us, and when it got ready to for us to have clean towels, only 12 towels were brought to us so four of us were without clean towels for the remainder of the week. Natalia was wonderful my child was fluent in Spanish so we had no problems communicating. Washer would have been great with that many people and the towel issue it would have helped. All and all we had a fabulous family reunion.

We enjoyed our stay the communication could have been better. My main problem was the privacy.
The host claims she didn't speak English. At the end of our trip she spoke English Or you could say she understood it. I feel we should have had more privacy

We had a great time at Casa Monaco! The property was just as described! Clean and Safe. Only feedback is we would’ve liked to be provided check in details ahead of time. We didn’t receive information that the caretaker would be letting us in. Aside from that, we had no issues!

Beautiful Home Away from the Hubbub
This home was perfect four our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor living space was wonderful and definitely adequate for our large group of travelers. The host was quick to respond to any needs or questions.

Monaco house...
The Monaco property looked like the picture. It is nice. It was clean upon arrival. Next door to the property was a home with about 4 or 5 dogs that did a lot of barking. The property behind the home(adjacent to the pool) did have someone who kept looking over the wall, throwing things in the pool and making noises to scare the children. Basically invading our privacy while we were in the backyard and in the pool. We told Angela, the housekeeper, and the next day it didnt happen again. Two of the rooms had an AWFUL sewer smell (hard to sleep in them). I contacted the property owner regarding this, she said she would get back to me as she was "reaching out to the technician to have someone come take a look and will update me" but i havent heard anything after that (my stay was short). There are a lot of ants and flies in the backyard. Angela, the housekeeper, is very sweet and helpful (spanish speaking only). You will require transportation to everything. Overall it is a nice property. It just needs some minor adjustments to make the stay a little more comfortable.

Wedding Week In Aruba
My fiance & I rented the house to host our family and friends for the week for our wedding in Aruba. Due to the hotel style rooms with everyone having their own bathrooms, we choose this house. It is advertised with a grounds keeper, which was also a perk. While we had a good time at the property, there are quite a few areas of improvement that I would of liked to of known going into the property for a week with 12+ people. First of, Angela the grounds keeper was very nice. When we could get in touch with her, she usually got us what we needed. However she was gone most days and when she was coming and going, she never asked if we needed anything and almost seemed to sneak out. I understand wanting to give us our privacy but there were so many things we ended up needing her for, it became frustrating. There are also cameras in every hallway, the kitchen and hangout areas in the house, which is not shown on photos, or in the listing at all. It was not an issue, but the number of cameras was invasive and several of us made comments about the amount of them. For what seemed like a nice area, it was off-putting. For a house that is advertised to sleep 17+ people, I don't think they are equipped for it in all areas of the house. There were only 6 forks in the house and we had to request more. We booked the house for 14 people. We were not once told we had to also request pool towels, so we assumed they did not provide them. We were told by day 3 that our linens and sheets would be swapped and we were happy considering we were all out of clean ones from having to use them for 3 days in showers and the pool. We were then told they normally don't change them until day 5. Who uses the same towel for a pool and shower for 5 days? After what was honestly a ridiculous back and forth over towels with the property owner over chat ( because Angela was no where to be found ) we were told, on day 3 that we needed to request pool towels. Which is a very odd request with a house with a pool.... We were only left 2 rags in the kitchen to clean the common areas after cooking daily. We did not expect the house keeper to clean up after us, but at least provide towels, toilet paper etc throughout our stay. Leaving the room with the washer and dryer open for guests to use would be a better idea and less hassle in my opinion. For the price/style of the house, we got our money's worth but I don't think we would stay here again

This property worked perfectly for 6 couples. Each with their own room plus bathroom was perfect. The pool area was very nice and the pool was always clean! The property manager kept the property clean and also replaced towels and bedding during our stay.
