"This is a great stay, well appointed, very clean. My only gripe would be the dryer didn't work, so we had packed light in anticipation of not needing an offsite fluff and fold. Other than that everything was perfect, really enjoyed the location and the views. Also there is Slappy's adjacent, whose aroma wanders around when they are cooking Tri-Tip. We grabbed some chowder one day, not too bad. Would stay here again, probably longer than a week."

"The condo is adorable with all the comforts of home. The complex itself was quiet and well maintained. The two places we ate at, Slappy's and Old Juan's, were within walking distance and delicious! Having beach access so close by was an added bonus but if you aren't a fan of ATV's and other motorized transporters this isn't the best place to hang. The dunes are beautiful and early morning walks are lovely."

"I’ve stayed at this place before, but this time it was pretty upsetting. The whole was dirty and full of sand. My seven year old even asked when we walked in, why does her feet feel so dirty? There was leftover dog food in the bottom right bedroom. There was a men’s under wear in the upper bathroom. Overall stay was great but to pay a high fee of house cleaning and to have the house not cleaned at all is a disappointment."

"There 5 adults staying for 4 nights for graduation from Cal Poly. Festivities were at sisters house in Arroyo Grande so this was really close. Stopped at Beso for light soup and salad and chimichanga. Food was good. Lobster. Issue was outstanding."
