"We loved the ambience of Madonna inn. It’s an older hotel but there were aspects of it that made it timeless. We loved the decor of our room, restaurants, grounds etc. Loved the pool and hot tub areas. We ate at the cooper cafe twice and it was exceptional. Food was yummy and portions great. The banana cream pie was to die for!! Staff were all great! And the ground were so well maintained. I loved the little garden area! We’ll be back!!"

"I had a fantastic stay at the Shore Cliff Hotel. First, the customer service was excellent. It was raining when we arrived, but the front desk team stayed upbeat, which made a big difference for us. Second, the room was warm and welcoming. We booked the two-bedroom suite and the view was absolutely breathtaking. And the morning breakfast? Excellent. You can tell a lot of care and planning went into making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, a wonderful stay."

"Honestly, this was a decent hotel room. Given the location, the price was incredibly reasonable. The room was clean, smelled great, walkable to restaurants and Walmart, just a short drive to Pismo Beach, SLO and a blip longer for Santa Barbara… The man who checked me and was incredibly kind and very accommodating. He even asked me if I preferred to top or bottom floor, which was incredibly helpful given the fact that I have three young children. I was very impressed by him. I would absolutely stay here again. I didn’t even use any of the amenities is like the free breakfast, the fire pit, etc. I just slept in the room."
