"Every room has a balcony or patio and most have a fabulous view of the ocean. The grounds are lovely. Breakfast buffet is good with both hot and continental offerings. The restaurant (Ventana Grill) next to the hotel is fabulous."

"Amazing room with a hot tub out on our back patio, but not very private(I could see people walking by as I got out of the hot tub.. luckily I had a bathing suit on but still made me very uncomfortable). No coffee or tea in the room. Had to walk into the lobby to get coffee. Breakfast was good but it took 45 to receive our food once we ordered... and there were only three other occupied tables. Maybe only one cook? My advice would be to allow at LEAST 1 hour and 15 minutes if you are eating breakfast. I was 30 min late to work that morning. "

"i love the madonna inn. it's an opulent time warp to the excess of the 1980's. i stayed in a room with a round bed, fulfilling my childhood dream of going to the poconos mount airy lodge. this is much nicer. the hotel is spotless. there are horses in the pasture & the restaurants offer large portions. "

"Nice property right on the ocean with great views. Room was a good size, location was close to downtown, and breakfast was included (not amazing but decent with lots of options). In all I would recommend as a place to stay, especially as part of a trip up/down the coast."
