"First of all, I have learned that traveling with dogs could be a challenge. Motel 6 offers great rates for pet owners and pets in general but bring your own shampoo. Each motel apparently is own by different people or groups so there is no standard rule for keeping them clean, and for having basic room amenities. We have traveled many times and used other pet friendly motels/hotels in California but this one in Pismo Beach was not as good. We still have a good memory while we stayed at the Santa...

"Clean room, pet friendly,"

"The only downfall is the Curtains they have. The curtains are slide up or down. No privacy if you open the curtain everyone can see you. So not good. They need to put regular blackout curtains that slide from right to left."
