Nice budget hotel in a very walkable location with lots of dining options nearby. Very good breakfast. Good size, clean room. Shower door slightly broken so water seeped onto bathroom floor but other than that happy with the stay

Överlag prisvärt hotell, väldigt centralt och nära till det mesta. Sköna sängar, bra frukost. Det problem vi stötte på var att rummet var väldigt varmt och vi lyckades inte kyla ner det.

Mycket prisvärt boende i centrala Örebro. Bra för syftet att just övernatta vid en längre resa! Rummet fyllde def sin funktion och var rent och fräscht. Dock exceptionellt varmt- fanns en takfläkt som hjälpte ngt.

Billigt rum men stopp i handfatet och en stor fläck på täcket samt ett långt svart hårstrå i örngottet. Personalen var trevlig och bra mat i restaurangen. Saknade bacon och äggröra till frukosten.

Generellt slitet och tråkig frukost. Väldigt få gluten- & laktosfria alternativ. Rummet helt ok, bra säng och tillräckligt städat. Dock lite stopp i handfatet som skulle behöva rensas. Billigaste i centrum så fick vad jag förväntat mig. Fick dock rum med två enkelsängar ihop, även fast jag bokat en enkelsäng, så det kanske är en gratis uppgradering. Tv fungerade. Kul på rummet, dock avstängd då jag inte hade behov av den. Helt ok när man bara behöver säng och badrum!

En persons fel är inte alla andras fel 😉

Jag möttes av bra service. Det var lite tokigt precis vid ankomst med rummet jag fick då det inte var städat. Men tog hissen ner och vips blev jag uppgraderad och hade bästa rummet :) Har man anställda som inte gjort sitt arbete kan man inte hänga chefen så att säga. Han som var på plats löste det snabbt, smidigt och enkelt. Mycket bra!
