This beautiful and spacious basement guest suite is beautiful. The Kitchen is fully stocked and the space has 3 bedrooms and 1 very large bathroom. Free driveway parking and street parking is provided. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from I-15 and within an easy drive of many popular destinations: -Utah Valley University - <10 minutes -BYU: 20 minutes -Sundance - 25 minutes -SLC airport and Temple Square - 45 minutes -Snowbird, Alta, Park City - 1 hour



The Space:

So much space and comfort. Open concept family room, kitchen and dining room with a space to work. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 King bedrooms and a queen bedroom with a trundle bed. The large bathroom is so big that you won't have any problem sharing it and so many towels that no one will do without.



Fully stocked kitchen and we provide the waffle ingredients for those of you who like to cook, otherwise there are frozen waffles for those who want to have breakfast on the run.



Please be aware that there may be guests in the Upstairs apartment during your stay. Please be considerate of noise and parking instructions while staying at the house.

Other Things to Note:

Our home has a Main Floor apartment that has its own private entrance. Please be respectful of noise and the garage parking as the garage is the only shared space. They have the 2 car garage and driveway parking.



Interaction with Guests:

I allow our guests private, self checkin and if you do not need me in person, you will have the Basement Floor to your self throughout your stay. However, I do not live far and am happy to answer any questions or needs that you have via messaging or to stop by to help with any needs that may arise.
