"Gentleman in the front desk very nice professional and helpful. Housekeeping in the other hand needs a lot of work, dead spider on the ceiling in bathroom room 325 , floors dirty b But I love the fact that they have fridge microwave in rooms, very convenient, outside halls need to be vacuum, oatmeal cookies in the front desk is a nice gesture, thank you, I system for 4 days "

"I stay at this hotel every time I come to Provo. It is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the food at Ruby River (the attached restaurant) is excellent. Definitely a good place to stay. "

Great location with restaurants galore in the area and a nice walking path along the Provo River directly behind the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable.Would definitely stay here again."
