"The absolute best thing about this property was the customer service. As soon as I walked in the lobby I was greated by Karen with a warm smile and was addressed me by my first name. Obvisously I was the last one to check in for the evening so her process of elimination was correct. But either way, It felt special and she was super courteous, accommodating and very sweet. She checked me in quickly and explained everything about the property in detail. Checked in and now heading to my room... I'll be honest, the exterior of this place is sort of rough. A concrete jungle! The buildings exterior has potential due to its age and style. Also, the views through the corridors to the surrounding hotels and businesses makes it feel sort of cold and dingy. I would figure out a way to clean up the hotel grounds, dress up the exterior, and play off the exteriors retro vibe. More plants!! Ok. the room itself was surprinsgly very nice and modern. Once in the room you kind of forget about the outside. My room (303) was clean and newly remodeled. However, It still smelled like paint and a little musty from either old cigarette smoke or moisture. The kitchnette was super modern and even came with a cooktop, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with good water pressure. There were some things that I would change/fix. The closet did not have any hangers, tape left over on fixtures from painting and the shower door opens when closed due to it not being leveled. "

"Clean, perfect for one night. Cheapest rate in the area. Easy to find off of highway. I saw some reviews complaining about no breakfast. There is no breakfast. It is not a requirement at every motel to make breakfast for you. For the rate they charge there is no way they can also do that. Would stay again easily."

"The gentleman at check in was extremely nice and helpful, so no issue at all with check in. The issue is with the condition of the room. Huge stains on the floor, carpet is so dirty, bathroom fixtures not in good repair. The bed we chose to sleep in, of the two, must have been the bed of choice for everyone, as the mattress has a rather big dip in the middle, that hubby kept rolling into."

"In process of changing out acs, so some rooms might be hot, but mine was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Aside from one crazy driver yelling at people across the street, everything was super quiet and peaceful. "
