‘Nozawa’ is a beautiful and luxurious Japanese influenced home located in the heart of the exclusive East Shelly precinct only minutes walk from East Shelly beach, and adjacent to the picturesque coastal walking track between Spring Beach and Orford.

Tidy, cozy and very quiet. Close to the ferry to Maria Island. All facilities are in good condition and easy to use.

We had a great weekend at Carrie’s house. It was a lovely place, so clean and tidy. Unfortunately we had bad weather so will have to go back again!

What an amazing stay we had. The home was presented as brand new and the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. Beautiful quality linen and everything you need was supplied. If staying with small dogs you need to be aware they may escape under the front gate. We solved it be using some left over bricks that were on site. We will definitely stay again.

We were delighted with the accommodation. Very clean and a lovely spacious home. Big kitchen and dining area. Bathrooms lovely. Fire pit in the garden was a great attraction. A Queen room that is spacious. Another room with 2 singles. Fenced boundary and plenty of parking. Lovely walks very close by. Enjoyed our stay immensely. We will stay again.
