Location was excellent, access to Venice perfect, free parking!

The home owner Giovanni was very kind and helpful! The home itself is beautiful, clean and gated. The room itself was spacious, had all the amenities of a modern rental you'd expect. I had no issues with this booking whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

The property was located close to the water taxi station and close to great restaurants and bakeries

I highly recommend this property. We were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids). We enjoyed our stay very much. The property owner Laura was super helpful & accommodative. We needed an early breakfast & vegetarian which was accommodated. Thanks Laura for making our stay a pleasant one.

We had a great stay at this fantastic hotel. Andrea (the owner) communicated with us before arriving to arrange for our arrival and sent us a map for getting to the hotel! (Use it because GMaps is a bit unreliable due to the narrow alleys). The hotel and room is very clean, location is superb, on the nicer and quieter side yet close to top attractions. We stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great experience. It is centrally located but not in the middle of the tourist crowds. The Grand Canal is a short walk and Piazza San Marco is a 15 min walk. The area is somewhat residential so we saw kids going to school, locals stopping at one of the two cafes on either side of the hotel and out walking their dogs. Really nice rooms. Everything is new and fresh. Staff was extremely polite, flexible and helpful. Location is great. Near to Venice's 5th avenue (of course that doesn't exist, but you will find Louis Vuitton, Dior, DG, Ferragamo, and the best restaurants in the city nearby).
