Amazing Property & rooms

What an amazing property with amazing rooms, fabulous breakfast & a lovely roof top terrace complete with a welcome drink (chilled bottle of Prosecco) perfect for drinking on the roof terrace. Lovely lounge and one of the best continental breakfast I have had.

This B&B is very romantic, maybe unique. It has library and a breathtaking view of the city. Conveniently placed within walking distance of restaurants and mail landmarks. The staff is excellent. I don't know if we could have loved another hotel more for more money. It was a perfect experience.

A most convenient location. Only drawback was that our room was up 63 stairs, and there’s no lift … but the staff at the associated Hotel Locanda Florita (where you check in, round the corner) were available to carry bags.

Very disappointed. No sign to identify property. No stairs. Our room was on the third floor and it took us 2 hours to get our bags to the room. There was no Prosecco as promised. It was dry brut. Staff very nice however and even arranged that we share a taxi with another couple back to the airport and prepared a quick breakfast. Very very expensive clearly not worth it. Very disappointed.

Excellent stay at Bloom. The room is so large and spacious very clean. The staff is great. The breakfast is excellent. The only drawback was the stairs lots of stairs. Love the place!

The Best Place to Stay in Palermo! An Oasis!

This is the most wonderful hotel, accomodation that I have ever stayed in! It is an oasis in Palermo! The bed is super comfortable & the decor of the rooms & all of the hotel are Outstanding! So much character & such beautiful accents all over! It almost feels like you're in a dream!

Hotel parfait

Hotel doté d’un tres bon emplacement, mobilier, literie et oreiller de qualité. Le petit déjeuner dispose également de choix et la charcuterie est vraiment excellente. Le personnel est a l’écoute et le patron donne également de tres bon conseil. Le plus ? La terasse+blibliotheque avec une tres belle vue ainsi que le proseco de bienvenue.

We booked this hotel based on its proximity to San Marco. It took us a couple minutes to locate the door (not unusual for anything in Venice, honestly). You do have to initially ring the bell to contact the property manager, but once you are checked in and have your keys, you can come and go as you please. We found the room to be comfortable (there are a lot of stairs to get to it, which we were aware of when we booked and had no issue with). It was a wonderful mix of historical charm and modern amenities. Bathroom was surprisingly roomy, and we found the bed to be comfortable. They had a very nice little breakfast spread of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit and pastries served between 8-10. A very sweet woman even made us cappuccinos! I highly recommend Bloom for your stay; wonderful service and ideal location!
