"My wife and I visited with our two adult daughters and the boyfriend of one of our daughter's. The house was very spacious and the location was incredible. After a day at the beach, we enjoyed coming back to the pool. We also enjoyed spending the evening out on the portico playing games. The sunrise each morning was truly incredible. The master suite was beautiful and the pictures on VRBO are very accurate. Johann was great and we enjoyed his restaurant, Rancho del Sol. I highly recommend staying here!"

"We stayed at this property for a family vacation with our adult kids. The property was located in Orient Bay. It was a short walk to an area where there were multiple restaurants allowing for a different restaurant every night. All of them were very good. We enjoyed the pool almost every night after days in the sun. Orient bay has a bit of an issue with red seaweed. Some of the bars/restaurants do try to clear away. We did opt to try some other beaches (Philipsburg, Anse Marcel, Friers Bay and Grand Case). Anse Marcel was our favorite - but chair rentals were higher than other locations. There is a washer at the property but no dryer. This worked ok for us - the owner provides a clothes rack out back which we kept under the patio roof - we had some rain over night. Overall - great stay, lots of room and close to the Orient Bay businesses. Saint Martin is very beautiful with very friendly people! Anna was very responsive in advance and during our stay."
