Beachfront apartment, view of St Barth and Orient Bay<br><br>I rent an apartment of 40m2 + 8 m2 of terrace, 1st line. This large studio is located in the Antigua building of the very quiet residence of Mont Vernon, on the 2nd and last floor, but with level access. The building is on the beach of Orient Bay, the most famous beach of the island (water activities, bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk by the beach).<br>The residence and its free parking are secured 24 hours a day. The magnificent swimming pool of the residence is on the beach of Orient Bay!<br>The accommodation<br>All comforts: air conditioning, King Size bed 180 X200, sofa bed 160cm that can accommodate two children, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet; fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, induction hob, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, Nespresso a few capsules for your arrival, classic coffee maker, kettle); vacuum cleaner, steam generator, hair dryer, hair straightener; crockery and kitchen utensils; safe, internet, wifi, Netflix.<br>Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels provided. Beach seats, snorkeling masks...<br>Ideally located, the residence has a small pizzeria and a mini-market. It is 3 minutes by car from Hope Estate (supermarket, pharmacy, banks, tobacconist, bakery...), 5 minutes from the village of Grand Case and the Caribbean Sea, 5 minutes from Grand Case airport, 30 minutes from Princess Juliana airport, on the Dutch side.<br>Traveler access<br>Entire place<br>Other remarks: be careful, this is a residence, not a hotel! It is an island so there may be water or electricity cuts; there is a reserve of non-potable water in the toilets, and a cistern in the residence.<br>A bottle of water provided + a welcome gift for your arrival aperitif.<br>Diane, my daughter, a journalist at SXM, lives in the residence and will advise you during your stay.
