"Vermieter MEGA nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Verständigung: Englisch. Haus super sauber, alles vorhanden was nötig und mehr. Einzig, es fehlt ein Toaster leider. Direkt an die Grundstücksmauer (komplett umzäunt, toll für Hundehalter)...grenzte der kleine Supermarkt, der ein großes Warenangebot hatte, aber leider keine Brötchen, nur Weißbrot (auch lecker), viele Spielmöglichkeiten für kleine und große Kinder. Restaurant, teuer, edel und nicht sehr gut, fussläufig erreichbar. Es war ein toll"

"Villa Mattina is a dream. One of the rare cases where the furnishings & rooms are better than in the photos when booking. The motto of Valentina, the hostess, is: “We resolve everything”. And the motto is the program. Every problem (there were very few) was solved immediately to our complete satisfaction. Definite recommendation, especially for families."

"Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, sprechen recht gut Deutsch.Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen ein Willkommensgruß.Weg zum Strand ist etwa 30 Minuten (Fazana).Nach Pula sind es weitere 15 Minuten.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.Das Objekt empfehlen wir gerne weiter.Wir waren zu 5 sehr zufrieden mit dem Platzangebot."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa. Der große Garten mit tollem Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir haben jeden Tag gegrillt und das Essen im schattigen Platz genossen. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet, mit genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kindern.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und ständig zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar mit Weintrauben, frischen Biokartoffeln, Tomaten, Rauchfleisch und Käse versorgt.Wir können alles empfehlen, lediglich Abends muss...

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...
