Beautiful two bedroom bungalow in Los Altos

This bungalow is located in the urbanization of "Dream Hills", in the popular Los Altos, Orihuela Costa. It is set out over 75 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms (one with bath, the second with shower), independent kitchen, from which you have access to a large patio. In front of the bungalow there is a large garden area. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Spanish Television is also available. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, in the salon there is a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a communal swimming pool and green area. Nearby there is also a children’s playground. It can sleep up to 6 people. No pets are allowed and smoking is only allowed outside the house. The area is very popular and the new ALDI supermarket is about 750 meters away. The blue flag beach of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor are all a short drive away. There are many bars and restaurants in walking distance and the Zenia Boulevard shopping complex with its array of shops bars and much more is a 5 min drive away.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
