This fantastic 2 bedroom town house with its own pool is in a beautiful location just a short walk to all local shops and bars.

A large and airy conservatory overlooks the private pool, the rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, the large lounge has British TV plus Netflix and WiFi, The main bedroom has a outside balcony,the top has a solarium. Includes patio furniture.

At the bottom of our road is a large and well kept communal pool with children's pool set in beautiful garden grounds. Within a 5 to 10 min drive of Several beautiful blue flag beaches The now famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping center Three prestige's golf courses Villamartin Las Ramblas, Campoamor & Las Colinas.

Also a short drive to the town of Torrevieja with its large market, funfair and beautiful Marina

45 mins from Murcia airport and 55 mins from Alicante airport (our key holder can pick you up from the airports, please ask for details)

Please note there is a cleaning fee of Euros 75 paid to our key holder when you arrive. The electricity is run by a coin meter, this is very cheap to run and mainly a deterrent to leaving the aircon on 24/7

Please note check in is between 4pm and 8pm and check out 10am, check in and out may be available out side these times depending on how busy our key holder is at the time and would need arranging before hand and may be subject to a 20 euro early or late check out fee

Lovely villa

This was our 2nd time staying in this house, it’s spacious, well equipped, clean, comfortable and well located for walking to restaurants nearby including villamartin plaza. The pool is a nice size for a quick cool down and the shared pool is close. Helga met us at the property and was very helpful during our stay as was Tim who met us on the last morning. Another lovely week here 5 stars.

A lovely stay

Lovely villa :) and the private pool, whilst not huge is just what you need after a day in the sunshine. Not far from Villamartin plaza that has some lovely places to eat and drink. The communal pool was also lovely but we only felt we needed to use it once. The property was clean and well equipped. The host and managing agent very helpful. If i jad to make a critism and it is really one, is tje coin meter for electric. Whilst i completely understand the reasoning for it. In the heat we had in August, we had to run aircon in the 2 bedrooms overnight (we didn't use it any other time) it cost £5-6 per night. The frustration was finding coins to run it. It might be worth seeing if an electronic top up can be installed as then a card payment would be much easier :)

Excellent

Excellent property, immaculately presented, every thing you need is available and at a very good standard, in our opinion the photos do not do the property justice , it has a very big living area with a big tv and all channels and fully equipped kitchen, very spacious bedrooms and bathroom with all the home comforts , the outside space has many seating areas both in the conservatory and outside catching the sun from morning onwards overall a excellent property and one we will be returning to very shortly definitely 11/10 many thanks

Relaxation

Lovely break for our 1st month of retirement. Only criticism I have is no spare double sheets and not enough towels, so had to wash and get dry same day.

Pleasant villa, great pool.

Really nice quad villa. Pool larger than appears in pictures and very welcomed by kids and adults as very hot during our stay. Neighborhood nice and quiet during our stay. Community pool also looked very nice although we felt no ned to use.

Perfect

I have never had such a relaxing holiday perfect in every way villa was exactly as described and more it really does have everything you need I forgot my travel plugs and in a drawer I found some saved me having go buy more I would happily stay there again I actually didn't want to leave I could quite easily stay there for a few weeks were as usually 10 days is my limit. Do yourself a favour and book this fantastic villa

Peaceful

Property was lovely and quiet.22 Bar & Grill closest place to dress up and dine,but does not open on Mondays.Further down the hill Captain Morgan’s.Not for formal but smashing food and drink at good prices.Only downside was shower over bath which at my age was challenging,but I knew this before we booked.That aside we had a good break and if shower doesn’t bother you,I would highly recommend.

La casa es perfecta, todo muy bien construido y con todas las facilidades por parte del propietario. Colchones buenísimos, toallas buenas. El agua de la piscina siempre perfecta, gracias al calentador que tiene. Ha sido la primera semana de septiembre y el tiempo ha sido perfecto, no ha hecho falta encender el aire acondicionado, y en el porche siempre se está en la gloria. 200% recomendable.

Good location and villa head everything you need!

The property was clean, spacious and had the benefit of a small pool which would be great in the summer but bit cold for us in November. Lovely property but could be done with a little updating and drains were a little smelly!

Realmente enamorada de esta casa

Esta casa es genial, tiene una muy buena limpieza Richard es genial, nosotros no hablamos Ingles pero el se esforzo mucho en que le entendiesemos, la casa es grandisima, la zona es muy tranquila y los vecinos son estupendos, cuidan todo de talle con las comodidades de la casa, tele en todos los idiomas, nos dejaron Netflix y Amazon, el WiFi va genial, toallas limpias y las sábanas limpias. , hubo un pequeño problema con el mantenimiento de la piscina, el chico vino sin avisar pero nos pidió disculpas, era muy amable, por lo demás todo de 1000, estamos totalmente seguros de que volveremos a repetir todos los años, por que esta estancia a sido realmente estupenda, tranquila y confortable. Muchisimas gracias Darren y Richard
