Everything within the resort is walking. You could walk to the nearby outlets and restaurants, though a car is recommended as the roads are a bit busier. Uber/lyft is readily available

Getting around International Drive, Orlando, without a car is not a problem, there's I-Ride!!!

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents during your stay. This self-funded protection covers items like linens, towels, and wine. (Note: This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance).

Amenity Availability: As a private condo, we do not control the resort amenities, their functionality, or availability. Refunds are not issued for amenity closures or related issues.

Noise & Construction: Noise is possible in a resort environment. We do not issue refunds for construction, construction-related noise, or renovations in neighboring condos.

Pest Note: While we treat regularly, occasional pests are common in Florida. Refunds are not issued for pest sightings, though we are always happy to address concerns.

Unforeseen Circumstances: We cannot provide refunds for inconveniences resulting from situations beyond our control, such as utility or city repairs, temporary amenity closures, or issues on neighboring properties/units.

This is a private condo experience, designed for guests who prefer independence. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via message or phone to answer any questions or assist with any needs that may arise, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit.
