**Comprehensive Amenities**
The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool you could desire for your stay. We provide initial supplies of essentials such as dishwasher soap, laundry materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. If additional quantities are needed, it's the guest's responsibility to replenish.
At no extra cost, we offer a High Chair and Pack 'n Play upon request before your arrival.
**Pool and Spa (Hot Tub) Heating**
Pool and spa (hot tub) heat is available for $40 a day, recommended from the 31st of October to the 31st of March. If you desire pool heating, make sure to add it to your reservation. Please note it may take up to 24 hours to heat the entire pool.
**Note:** This house does not include a barbecue grill. If guests wish to use one, there is a rental fee of US $85 per week.
**Exceptional Cleaning Standards**
We uphold exceptional cleaning standards. Our professional laundry service follows stringent hygiene practices, employing a high-temperature wash at an esteemed 5-star laundry facility. Linens, bed sheets, and pillowcases are delivered freshly laundered and sealed, free from any trace of bacteria. The same level of care extends to brand new and ironed towels, including pool towels if applicable. Face towels and washcloths are thoughtfully provided according to guest capacity, with additional quantities for added comfort.
A one-time departure cleaning fee is applicable for all stays. Please note that daily maid service is not included, but feel free to contact us for details on this extra service.
