If you were to imagine your dream vacation, we are sure this home would be a part of it! This four bedroom, 4.5 bath town home is exactly what dreams are made of. Decorated with bright colors, you’ll feel transported to a tropical oasis. To begin, the living areas in this home are spacious and grand. The main living room opens up to the kitchen and is outfitted with a plush couch, Smart TV and a gorgeous view overlooking the pool.

Black Mold

This property was filthy! Took me 5 days to get a hold of the management company! There was black mold and mushrooms growing in the upstairs primary bathroom, the bed frame was broken in the primary upstairs bedroom and the mattress top corner was hanging on the floor! How did the cleaning people not see that when they made the bed!! The bedroom with 2 queens also had a broken frame, no kitchen towels, very little bath towels, floors in kitchen were gross, the pool was disgusting we were told by pool cleaning company that "it needed to be vacuumed last week but we can't get to it until next week" Needless to say we didn't use the filty pool!! The wifi didn't work for three days! The management company did get the wifi working after three days, they did bring towels after being there for 5 days, but nothing was done with the beds, mold, bed frames! The window sills were black as can be and needed to be cleaned as well. I would not rent from them again!!

Amazing!!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about our stay. Looks just like the photos. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the pool, clubhouse and gym. My only issue were the walls. Extremely dirty, a lot of scuffed marks on all the walls. Should really consider painting. Other then that, I will Absolutely stay here again.

Great location, clean

This is a really great property. It was very clean on arrival and the check in process was smooth and simple. However, the 2 master bedrooms need new mattresses. The main floor one especially also needs a new bed frame as it is so squeaky everytime you move or roll over. It is also likely time for carpet replacement. This is no fault of the owner at all...but you can tell some previous renters have not been careful with spills. We love the location...it is close to everything. However it is getting to be a little overcrowded in the common pool area since we were at this resort 3 years ago. Again, this is not a reflection in the property but just the growth in the area. Overall...We had a wonderful time .

Overall nice stay

Overall this was a nice place to stay. It worked well for our family and had a lot of space and a nice pool. The upstairs has a tv area that was also a nice hang out spot. There were a few lights out in the kitchen, many of the walls were scuffed and the island chairs could use a replacement as they were very squeaky. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
