❌️- this home has old bones even though it has been remodeled. Please DO NOT throw away feminine hygiene products or anything other than Toilet paper down the toilets. If we require plumbers to service the hone due to this, you will share the expense. Please be responsible and discard such items in the garbage.

🚬 - Do not smoke, vape or use any other "smoking" substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can't help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking. Our guest do not want to smell your vape or cigarettes.
