Great house near Disney

Incredible Rooms!

When we arrived, we were overawed by how beautiful the place was - far more impressive than in the pictures. It was designed with all ages of children in mind, and the pool & hot tub were extraordinary. The theme parks & kids rooms were incredible!

Awesome bedrooms.

I am definitely going back there, the spacious bedrooms were all I have ever wanted in a holiday home. I have been to several other areas for holiday but this place got me hooked. The fact that my family loved it fascinated me more.

Perfect family reunion home

Wonderful Place!!!

Aside from the normal minor wear and tear on a property, this place was what we expected and more! The Management was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 21 already agreed to come back next year. Very nicely decorated place with plenty of room and amenities.

The place was just perfect especially on the space aspect; all 17 of us were as comfortable as we could be. The gaming and sports rooms presented the perfect entertainment for both the kids and adults. The kitchen was the best part; it is both modern and well equipped.

Great space

Such a nice home! I had a lot of work projects to take care of, so while the family had fun with the games and pool, I would often use one of the many rooms as an office. Good internet, clean house, and fun amenities. We definitely recommend booking this home!

Mini-vacation

We honestly booked this house to get out of our own small apartment for a mini-vacation. We needed a break! It was well worth the trip because the home is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. So much room for everyone, fun days spent swimming in our private pool, movie nights with the kids... it was great!!

Amazing place

We had an awesome time here! It was the perfect home to stay in with the family, especially since our vacation to Europe was cancelled. This was a great alternative! Super huge house, wonderful host and staff, and the place was thoroughly cleaned (wife even checked BEHIND the toilets lol). Anyway, no complaints here. The home was exactly as promised. We will definitely return!

BEST VACA HOUSE YET!!!!

The pics for this property didn't touch how beautiful it was!!! We didn't bring any kids on this trip as it was the 4th & last 1 of the year but we played the games and enjoyed them more than the kids probably would have. With 8 ensuites, everyone had their own bathrooms and the theatre was the best of all. I will be booking this house again next year, God willing!!!

Fun Family Vacation

We had THE BEST trip! This is an amazing property for any type of stay! Large family trip of 13 adults 5 kids and a baby, with plenty of living space for all. 2 refrigerators were nice to have as well as 2 dishwashers AND 2 washer and dryers. Even the decor is nice, we actually emailed the owner to see where to purchase! Any service needs were addressed immediately by the concierge company. The screened in pool was awesome! No bugs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Spring Break

There were 8 individuals in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy, and at the same time everyone could sit together in the living room and dining table and everyone could hear what was going on. We would love to have been able to grill out, but wasn't interested in paying the fee for using the grill.

Horrible Check In Experience

We arrived around 2:40pm to check into the resort as instructed. At first they wrote down the wrong check out date on the parking passes so I had to stop by to fix that. After checking in, they did not mention that the house was not ready yet. I called the number and was told that I could enter the property until 3:30pm. We decided to go to publix and then returned to the property at 4:00pm where we realized that the entire house was not cleaned at all. Each bed had bed sheets just rolled up as well as on the washer/dryers. The stairway was littered of dirt from the carpet being replaced. There were socks randomly across the bedrooms. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the number on the pamphlet and was told someone would follow up, but after 30 minutes no one ever called. I also messaged through the VRBO app and did not get a response. I then talked to a cleaning lady on the street and she told me she would get someone, but no one came. Eventually a maintenance person stopped by to replace the batteries in the door, who also had no clue of the problems I had. I then walked him through the house and after about a total of an hour and half, I was finally able to talk to a manager. His name was Phil. He was apologetic and cleaners finally did arrive to clean, but they did not finish cleaning until 10:30pm that night. That pretty much robbed us of our first day. I have plenty of pictures as proof as well. Phil also never did return after that day as he promised he would.

Davis Family Trip 2022

Overall we were very pleased with these properties (we had 2 houses side by side) we had 35 people in total and the space was great without feeling like we were on top of each other. The houses were well equipped and were very clean upon check in. Houses were conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. We reserved the grills in both houses and the first night we went to use them one was out of propane, I contacted management and they had someone out first thing in the morning with a new tank. The only issues we had during our stay was poor internet connection in both houses, I never was able to log I. On my IPad and most of our family members had the same issue. When we arrived one of the houses had just had the carpet on the steps cleaned and they were VERY wet. One family member slipped on the slick tile floor at the bottom of the steps when he came down due to them being wet and injured his shoulder. We also noted that the house could use some repairs, water damage on many of the ceilings on the main floor of both houses. Overall we had a great time and would recommend these properties and would rent them in the future.

Crappy-literally

The management lacks in communication. Our rental had major plumbing issues. They moved us to another home-we thought it was for the remainder of our stay, only to be told at 9pm on Tuesday that we had to be out by 10 a.m. the next morning and back in the original home (which was fixed and “cleaned” but still had water in the ceilings and the ceilings had not bee repaired.). They never communicated that the move was temporary!! We literally had a waterfall of sewage water from the second floor flowing through lights and air vents to the first floor. Since staying there for two nights with sewage water still in the home, a couple of us with breathing issues are have difficulty breathing. Definitely NOT renting a Villatel rental again! We lost almost $3000 in ticket costs for Disney plus three days of precious family time due to the flip-flip between houses.

Wonderful experience!

The home was even more than expected. We stayed for 12 days. The house is large enough that even with 4 generations, we didn't get in each others way. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I soaked in the hot tub every day after theme parks. It was so healing to tired muscles. The game room turned out to be a lot of fun. Before the trip I thought it would be a waste of time and money. But it didn't cost anything and it was in use any time we were there! The kids loved it and the adults started having basketball score contests. Check in and Check out were super easy and uneventful. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers made it easy to cook and clean up for so many people. The two minor issues of the pool heater going off and the dishwasher tripping the circuit were addressed and fixed immediately. The only issue with the entire stay was the parking. We were there over Christmas week and all the additional parking was full. There can only be two vehicles in the driveway. After Christmas day parking was better. I would definitely recommend this property! The trip was a trip of a lifetime for us and the beautiful home made it easy to be together.
