It was okay - there was hair in our shower. Very limited toilet paper and garbage bags. Left a message to get our pool heat on and no one called back. The pool guy who came by also said he was going to have it turned on and never was.Very spacious house, great kitchen space and nice to have multiple bathrooms. Was a good location.

This property was, by far, the most poorly prepared property I have ever rented on VRBO, and I have rented quite a few. Properties that I have rented in Honduras and Panama were exceptional compared to the way they prepped this location. Carpets werre dirty, fridge had mold around the water dispenser, and the patio area was filthy. We were even charged for a service call and all the checkthtemprefrigeratorcall.

I always love to highlight the great job done by At Home and VRBO, the home was clean, their 24/7 team is awesome and this home was one of our favorites, the location is so so good! Clubhouse at Story Lake is also top/notch!

Great location, near 192, attractions, outlets and everything! Plus, the house is by a beautiful park inside Storey Lake, near the clubhouse with waterpark as well. Had a great great time, home was clean and their team was helpful, will be back 😃

Pros Location to restaurants and food shopping Location for parks Pool oasis. Nice and clean House was very nice Pool staff Nice pool chairs at oasis Cons No beach towels. Even though it was listed as none it would be nice Beds were sooo uncomfortable. I mean we had to go buy a mattress and return it a week later bad Back pool door was hard to lock Communication with check in.

This property met the needs for our family during our stay. Easy commute. Spacious. Convenient to Orlando, the beach, and the resort water park. It’s lived in, but clean. We would definitely return to this property again.

The home was beautiful. It was everything I was looking forward to having for my vacation. It worked out perfectly for my children in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Disney resorts in my kids. Love the pool.

Had a little hiccup with the check in process. This was a work trip that my boss paid for but he wasn't on the guest list. I was able to contact the manager easily and it was worked out. The house was very nice and fit our needs above and beyond 😊 the TV was a bit slow to load streaming services. That was my only complaint and it was minor. Great location.

Everything was perfect just never stayed in a rental where had to bring my own toilet paper and trash bags and dish washing supplies. I was told in beginning to bring toiletries in listing but didn’t think they meant trash bags and dish washing supplies

Overall okay. Like in other comments, the beds have to be changed. Very noisy every move you made on the bed. The cleaning was minimal, you can still see some food and crumbs on the carpet area. Kitchen and living room was nice. No complaints about bathrooms. Found a few palmetto bugs running around inside. Location is good for Disney and universal.

It was Avery bad experience Fridge didn’t work Ac didn’t work and leaks the whole stay we had to mop all day Back door didn’t close unsafe to sleep with the door open Broken courting It rain and roof start leaking Tv didn’t work properly know one was good After 3 days they send a property maintenance guy but he could dices . This is a very old property beds are horrible the sink and beds makes a big noise all night and timeed work pool was dirty and not filtering. Not recommended this unit and VRBO didn’t do anything.
