Beautiful house, everything listed and in pictures is just what you really are going to get. The communication with everything is fantastic. We used the pool only one day, it was cold and raining and we weren’t there more than one day.Worth renting

Had to stay home and wait for 3 repair men to come separately to fix dishwasher. Not enough plates, or kitchen essentials. Comforter in master room smelled bad. Mop is gross !! The houses are beautiful but the noise , parties and fights were scary. Place needs attention

This house was beautiful and in a gated community, very private area and very quiet. There is a water slide, goofy golf and bar on property that was the perfect finish to a long day at the parks. House was clean, huge with plenty of space to spread out and lots of bathrooms! Any questions or needs were answered almost immediately! We will definitely choose this location for our next visit. 10 stars!

The house and pool were lovely. Kitchen could use more supplies for cooking items. Some bugs in the bathroom upstairs and some trash left in the bedroom from prior guests. Overall, the stay was nice and the owners/managers were very responsive. I would stay again.

Very nice spacious house with comfortable beds to sleep on. Very good communication with the owner and the house is located near the resort's waterpark within walking distance. Few issues communicated to the owner that needs attention but overall the house is clean, location is great and easy to check in and out of the house and the communication is excellent. Would consider staying again in the same property in the future.

The location and design of the community was really a lot of fun for our children! Even though it rained we still enjoyed the two water parks , pools and slides! The children enjoyed swimming in the pool and hot tub. The home was very spacious . Our children enjoyed playing in the game room. I would recommend this property for a large family . There were a few issues that needed to be addressed. I am sure the management can address these and prepare a wonderful stay for the next guest.

We have rented several homes in Orlando.. This one was top 3 for us.. Everything was perfect.. Probably the only negative was that the pool was smaller than we wanted, but the HOA pool offset the pool size.. I highly recommend the unit. Thanks

The check in process was easy house was clean neighborhood nice however too many things wrong that I know didn’t just happen and the owner had to know nothing in the game room worked the entire stay no balls for foosball table the pac man machine is holding up a spot the whole brain piece of the game was literally sitting on the floor the WiFi didn’t work the entire stay we reach out got access was able to connect to WiFi but no internet connection call the owner back after texting on the app I was never called back. The house has roaches they were seen in the rooms and bathrooms up and down stairs the hot tub had no heat pool was more heated then the hot tub I know you have to pay extra to heat the pool but never knew you had to pay for the hot tub to be heated I sent the owner a message about the issues after check out and I was told I should have called them with the list of problems so they could have sent maintenance to fix things who has time to do that on their 48 hour vacation I will not rent this property again it’s way too many options with owner that care just a little bit more to pay the kind of money they charge for them to not make sure everything worked and the guest are comfortable is very unprofessional and I’m sure it was rented out again without any of the above issue corrected.

For 2 nights no WiFi or anything. Informed the management team and they had someone come out but wasn’t able to reconnect. However, they said someone would come out again but did not until the morning we were leaving. We had to try and use our Hotspot on our phones which wasn’t that great. This was unacceptable. Game room only working was PlayStation and then once WiFi went out kids couldn’t use. Also we found unknown pills on the floor in bedroom downstairs..

Getting through the gate, of course was a long line because there were so many people checking in but once it was our turn all of our names that I gave before arriving were all found with no problems and we were all let in with no issues. Checking in was a breeze. The House and set up was Beautiful! There were some minor scuffs, scratches, and dirt marks on walls, and one hole on the door in the closet downstairs but I sent all pictures immediately once we saw everything. There is one couch by the sliding door going out to the pool where the living room is, that has a piece pointing out that is very sharp, I did take a picture of that, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL with that, there are one of the chairs outside that is broken and if you sit on it you may fall so be careful with that as well and the sliding door next to the dining room table is VERY hard to open so we just used the sliding door by the living room to go out to the pool. As far as the pool and jacuzzi are concerned we did not know until we got there that we had to pay $60 to get them both heated, but we did and they were both AMAZING! The water park where we were was closed but the one across the street was open and we had access to that one also and my family had a great time there. We did bring our Own Pots, Serving utensils and seasonings to cook. The house and Experience was overall AMAZING and we Cannot wait to do it again. It was a Great way to start our summer off! Thank you so much!!
