Scary hotel

We visited the area for Howl-o-Screams. The hotel and the room were dumpier and scarier than the haunted houses. Avoid this place.

Hotel had the pool filled yet it was closed. Summer in July. Pool needs to be open. Cheap hotels still needs a pool.

They always say you get what you pay for but this hotel was pretty good for the money. It was disappointing that the pool wasn’t open because of some issue to do with not being able to stay filled. The staff were really nice. It was great to see that they had laundry on the property but unfortunately the ice machines didn’t work. Over all I would recommend a stay here it was an over all enjoyable experience lots to do close by.

Disgusting. Smelled musty and there were bugs. No soap no wash clothes or hand towels. Thank goodness we were only there to sleep. The bed was the only positive. It was very comfortable. Will never stay there again. Do not recommend.

Horrible run down.

First room we went into tub was falling apart. Couch was all ripe up. Room smelt moldy and damp. Shower had no pressure. Worst stay ever. Ended up sick from room.

It’s really sad that you work with this motel. You should have a more strict method to accept hotels in your platform. The place was disgusting, the roomsemelled like an ashtray. The shower was full of hairs. The worst part is that in the parking were a lot of junkies drinking and consuming drugs.

This property was run down and felt very dirty. There was dirt built up around the edges of the bathroom and the sink was cracked and the bathtub faucet was falling out of the wall. It was just not well taken care of. I would not choose this place again.

DIRTY DIRTY. SMELL LIKE PEE AND BLOOD ALL OVER THE WALLS IN THE ROOM AND BATHROOM. Didnt stay. Went straight back to office and told them to refund money and clean room. BIG HEALTH ISSUE. The front desk WAS AWARE of room condition and still rent it without deep cleaning. Stay away.

I did not like that no one was there to assist you after 12 at night because I was looked out twice and had to sleep on the streets till morning with my 2 little sons because no one was there to open up my room for me because my keys malfunctioned . I was never reemberced for those nights

I’m usually happy with a bed and shower, but not when the bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. The place is disgusting, horrible smell, so hard to stay in the room, at least we only stayed in to sleep. We used the washing machine and there was about 20 street cats and a raccoon. The cleaning lady was rude, and knocked a bunch of times the day of the check out before check out time trying to kick us out so she could “clean” even though she didn’t come the day prior. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, the cheap price is not worth the horrible sleep. There are cheap places that are better.

Of course I'll leave a review. It was by far the worst hotel I've ever been at (and I've been in over five hundred hotels all over the world since I work as a translator and tourist guide) and I truly hope that you can improve everything starting with cleaning, there was garbage under the bed and excessive dirt all over the room, sheets had nasty stains and we even killed a couple cockroaches, bed was broken and sofa also, smell was awful, fridge's door didn't close correctly, furniture was way too old and very deteriorated with loads of dirt (again), there was a broken shade with two big holes in one of the lamps and another one totally missing, the toilet was partially detached from the floor, the shower wall was damaged with a big crack, the shower curtain was stained and old, the window curtain was damaged as well, we couldn't open it as you would regularly do. We couldn't really believe there was no chairs available in the lobby or a restroom or even a simple waste basket. Not to mention two roof leaks right where the line to check-in starts. And last but not least the cleaning lady was more than rude, knocking the door at 10am in a disrespectful way and after only two quick knocks she decided to open the door by herself just to say "be sure to be out at 11am" and then at 11am sharp she knocked again in a disrespectful manner again making sure to kick us out right away. We wondered why the hurry if you don't really clean the room. The neighborhood is dangerous

Absolutamente terrible, ni se les ocurra ir a este mal llamado hotel, sucio, antihigienico, y todo en mal estado, muebles rotos, neveras oxidadas, lencería sucia. Desagradable desde todo punto de vista, uno sabe que por el precio no va a obtener un resort, pero he estado en varios hoteles en Orlando por ese precio y la limpieza y el mantenimiento es impecable, eso es lo que uno espera como mínimo en un hotel...no le recomiendo a nadie este hotel jamás. De hecho deberían de darle de baja en todas las plataformas online.

Never Again

No se ni por donde comenzar para describir lo asqueroso y horrible de este lugar. Lo único positivo de este lugar es su localización y precio, lo cual al final no vale la pena por lo incómodo y asqueroso del lugar. El cuarto estaba sucio en todos sus aspectos, la cama de color amarillento con sabanas y almohadas que parecían no haberse cambiado por su color amarillo y marrón. Cama incómoda se sentían los alambres del mattress en la espalda lo cuál me hacía sentir en peligro de ser traspasada por uno de sus alambres mientras dormía. Baño totalmente sucio. Lavamanos estaba agrietado y con pelos. Bañera con piso agrietado y pintura colgante, moho en todas partes, granos de arroz encima de la nevera lo cuál demuestra que la habitación no fue limpiada. Las chicas del housekeeping rudas y malcriadas. Todas las mañanas golpeaban la puerta con rudesa. Hubiera preferido pagar más que pasar por esta pesadilla. No vayan a este hotel no vale la pena los dolares ahorrados.

Fim de semana em Orlando/Kissimmee

Não recomendado para pessoas alérgicas e nem para famílias. O carpete tinha um forte cheiro de mofo. Os móveis, além de velhos, estavam desgastados e mal cuidados. Chuveiro fraco, com pouco controle de temperatura e volume de água. O atendimento do gerente foi muito bom, prestativo e simpático. As toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias. Hotel barato, mas com baixo custo-benefício.
