LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

Spacious 4 bed, 2 bath villa with private pool and extended pool deck. This villa has recently been remodelled and tastefully decorated throughout offering every amenity for a luxury home away from home, and only 10 minutes from the gates of Disney!!

As you walk though the front door the first room you are greeted with is the bright open plan living area with views to the pool area and open plan kitchen and dining area, which works fantastically when socialising. There is a large leather ‘L’ shaped sofa and to keep everyone entertained a large Smart TV. The laminated floors help to keep the area cool during hot sunny days.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, toaster coffee maker and a full selection of crockery, cutlery and cook wear.

Located next to the kitchen is the dining area which seat up to 8 people, and has yet another large flat screen TV.

For your convenience there is a separate laundry area which includes a washer and tumble dryer.

The villa contains four bedrooms. The first bright and airy Master Suite has a huge king sized four poster bed with large flat screen TV. Walk through to the ensuite and you’ll find a large roman bath, walk in shower, toilet, double basins, vanity unit, mirrors and hair dryer.

Bedrooms two and three both have a queen size beds, built in wardrobes and large flat screen TV’s, with adjacent shared bathroom consisting of toilet, double basins and large walk-in shower.

The Disney themed fourth bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (full-size over single) with use of the adjacent shared bathroom.

The large two car garage has been converted into a fantastic games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with a full sized table tennis table and table football, along with games station and two chairs.

Pool

The private pool with extended pool deck is fully screened by fine mesh for your added comfort preventing insects and debris from entering the area. This does not however affect sunbathing. The pool is surrounded by a large patio deck and there are plenty of luxurious padded sun lounges, under the lanai is a dining set. The deck can accommodate two families with ease. The pool is private and neighbouring properties are screened by fences, trees and shrubs.

Pool and outdoor lighting make it perfect for dining alfresco on warm Floridian evenings. There is an abundance of outdoor crockery to perfect the occasion. Use of pool and spa heating is recommended between October and April and is available at an optional extra. For your safety there is a removable pool fence available for you to use.

There is complimentary hi-speed wireless internet access. There is also a free complimentary BBQ provided, we just ask that guests replenish the gas should it run out, and also leave it clean for the next guests to prevent a cleaning charge.

Location

Esprit at Polo Park. Located just off HWY27 at the junction of popular HWY 192 in Davenport Florida Esprit at Polo Park is an established community with wide tree lined avenues and a variety of luxury villas, set amongst the immaculately maintained 9 hole golf course. The resort is adjacent to the 600 acre Old Lake Davenport and conservation area, providing a tranquil setting where a boat dock and fishing are popular. The community features facilities exclusive to guests which include a community pool, tennis courts and basketball. Disney World Orlando is only 10 minutes away. Close to the 192, plentiful shops, restaurants and a 24 hr Wal Mart, this is indeed a great location to enjoy your dream holiday and take advantage of the attractions Orlando is famous for.

*Pool/Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $35 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
