The Space:

Sleeping Arrangements

The villa comfortably sleeps 6 across three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom offers another king‑size bed, also with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Cozy linens, extra pillows, and room‑darkening shades ensure restful nights.

A spacious family room invites you to gather around the large flat‑screen TV or relax on the comfortable couches. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and the open‑concept layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a bright, airy atmosphere.

For a small fee you can use the resort’s swimming pool, gym, volleyball and tennis courts, and clubhouse. The pool and gym access fee is $100+taxes per group per day. On‑site you’ll find a restaurant, grocery store, and ticket sales to simplify your stay.

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!

Getting Around:

There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
