Bedroom 3 features two Twin Beds, each with an ensuite bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.



Kitchen & Dining

The large, fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to whip up a big breakfast or a quick snack. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals al fresco on the patio or gathered around the table inside, while the free washer/dryer adds convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor Living

Step outside to a spacious patio where you can lounge in the cushioned chairs or step into the community’s outdoor pool and fitness center. The pool and gym are accessible through the clubhouse for a fee of $100 plus taxes per group per day; simply arrange your pass with the concierge and collect the amenity key card. Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!

Getting Around:

There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
