The house has just been renovated for 80K dollars in 2023. It is the only house in Windsor Hills with both extended pool deck and outside kitchen. Outside kitchen includes brand-new stainless-steel grill, refrigerator and 65” TV with live coverage of sport events. Game room renovated to a high standard wooden floors, A/C, 75” TV with PlayStation 4 & reclining sofa, pool table. The 'South Facing Villa' has everything that you and your family could possibly need for the most magical vacation to Disney and the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida. Situated less than 2.5 miles from Disney's doorstep, located in the fabulous Windsor Hills resort community, this fully air-conditioned Orlando vacation home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting things to do. With 5 bedrooms all with brand new mattresses and 5 bathrooms, "South facing villa" is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 10 guests plus infants in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 12 guests. The house has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with smart 85"TV. Excellent relaxing sitting area by the swimming pool with ceiling fans on warm sunny days.
The clubhouse has brand-new waterslides and amusement park for our younger guests. It has new renovated facility with bar options.
Golf courses: For the golfer, there are endless option, you can probably play on different golf course every day during your vacation with less than 15 minutes’ drive, while the nearest golf course is just around the corner. Information on prices and quality can be found in the clubhouse in Windsor Hills.
Disney World: Disney world is just around the block (about 5 mins drive to EPCOT). Disney downtown is close by and it is nice to go there to relax and look at all the Disney features, there are nice walkways and nice restaurants all around. Don't forget the Disney other attractions, like Cirque Soleil. All information can be found in the information desk at the Club House located at the main entrance into the Community.

Great location, spacious and well equipped for your Disney holiday

If you want to be as close to the parks as the Disney hotels yet prefer the space of a fabulous 5 bedroomed house with its own pool then this is the place to stay. We had a great stay and the house had everything we needed and more, it was almost a shame we were heading to Disney every day but still great to come home to our own pool and close enough to Disney to make it worth our while to go back in the evening too!

My family and I loved this house and location. We all really enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space. My girls loved the castle park down the road. Disney was about a 15 min drive. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Perfect Vacation

We had our yearly family get-together here and had a great time. The property is centrally located (close enough to Disney to see the nightly Epcot fireworks from the front lawn), well maintained and has everything you need. The owner is helpful and responsive and the management company got us what we requested (only a missing mop and broom was needed) very quickly. The facilities are great (pools, gym, etc), and the neighborhood is quiet and secure.

Beautiful beautiful house.

House was beautifully decorated, new furniture, comfortable beds, loved the little touches like the decorative lighting up the stairs and the outdoor kitchen was great. The owners obviously take pride in their lovely house. The pool was the cleanest we have ever seen in all our years of renting villas. We had a great stay and hope to visit again sometime. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous property!

My family and I (me, my 6 and 9 year old boys and my parents) had a great stay. The property is very clean and as advertised, if not better than expected. The dryer was out of commission which the owner let us know prior to stay (owner offered full refund if we preferred), but a new dryer was delivered one day into our stay. Much appreciated! Owner also provided free pool heat for the inconvenience. The house pool is great and we were lucky it was heated because we didn't have typical "Florida" weather for some of our stay. The grilling area was great and we put it to use one night. The patio/pool area seems more private than a lot of the other houses (the house is on the corner and no one is very close to you in the backyard). Windsor Hills is great, we had no issues with check-in or coming/going from property, or with food deliveries coming to property. The large pool/water slides was a nice amenity at the community building. The owners were great with communication and very quick with replies. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the property. Suggestions for kitchen supplies: measuring cups and cookie/flat sheet pan (unless they were available but we couldn't locate!)

Great location for larger group

We visited Disney and Universal with 4 adults and 3 kids. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space. The pool with grill and outdoor tv allowed us to have great afternoons after visiting the parks in the mornings. Host responded very quickly to any questions and the property was clean. Thank you

Excellent Experience

Amazing location for all the Disney World parks. Beautiful home (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms), very clean, and great private pool and spa. There were 7 of us and did not feel crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to the Orlando area.
