We were in orlando to golf all the courses we played were half hr away airport was half hr All the places to eat on 192 worked out perfect

AWESOME LOCATION

Location was great and property manager was awesome to deal with no not change that :) However the unit could use a deep cleaning we mopped the floors 4x to try and get them clean and the couches and mattresses could use an update. There are a few outlets in the kitchen and living area that do not work but overall pretty good.

Nice location and place

We rented this property while enjoying a Spring Training trip with our daughter and her softball team. The property was exactly as listed and we enjoyed all the amenities. Easy in and out of the secure lot and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Contacted the property manager regarding an issue and received a response immediately as well as working on a solution. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was awesome! BUT, the key lock box was nearly impossible to open. Worse downer was NO grab bars in either bathroom for tub. Unsafe for us.!. Considering the length of stay, one small roll of toilet paper was not enough. No ICE trays to make ice or dish clothes in kitchen to do kitchen cleanup. Only 3 trash bags for 2 weeks. 1 roll of paper towels. Shampoo/body wash containers empty in bathrooms. Grouted areas around tub/showers need heavy cleaning. Overall, the unit needs updating and TLC. BUT, sheets were clean/AC worked great.

More than my needs

Always a great, quiet place to stay with amenities more than I need as a solo traveler. I stay here because it is gated, has security 24/7, well maintained, adequately priced with full kitchen, living room, dining area and extra bedrooms/bath just in case I decide to bring a friend(s). Conveniently located to theme parks and Give Kids The World Village where I volunteer.
