Right Left Right To Disney! (3 Turns To Disney)

On January 1, 1993, my now wife and I enjoyed our first date together, at Disneyland in CA. Fast forward 25 years later, we purchased a vacation home that is 3 turns and just a few minutes (less than 2 miles) to the World Drive ramp, the entrance to Walt Disney World. Our earliest memories together started with Disney, and now we continue to make more of them here in Florida, with Disney!

So, we thought we might share our home with others when we aren’t using it. We want to help you make some memories too, but without the exorbitant hotel prices. Why pay multiple hundreds per night for a single room, when you can have a whole house for a fraction of the cost??!!! ...and all while being closer to the parks than most of the Hotels??!!!

Our home is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath Townhouse, in one of the closest and newest communities to Walt Disney World. The townhouse was built in 2006, and completely refurbished in 2018. EVERYTHING is new since the holidays! New Carpet, Refreshed Paint, New Bedroom Furniture/Linens, New Mattresses (purchased Medium Firm with added with 3” Cool Breeze Memory Support Mattress Topper - so you can enjoy soft or firm when you arrive), New Living Room (including Queen Memory foam Sofa Sleeper), All New Kitchen Appliances & Dishes, New Internet Enabled 4K Ultra (big screens)/LED TV's in Every Room (with DirecTV Now, HBO, Disney Channel and various other Kids Channels), New HVAC (Heat & A/C) installed in Feb 2018, etc. This townhouse is truly maintenance free.

Offered here is video of the entire house. What you see, is exactly what you get, so there are no surprises.

Admittedly, we are new to this. We are not a company. This is our personal vacation home and second residence. We ask that you treat our home with love and care, just as we would yours. If we have missed something, please send us a message and we will try to make it right and improve it for you if possible, and if not immediately, for next time. And by the way, if you treat our home right, and would like to return for a future visit, we will honor you with a "repeat customer" discount on weekly rentals. We hope you enjoy our home and the surrounding activities (there's MUCH more than just Disney, although admittedly, it's our personal favorite)! We have left travel guides in the Living Room TV Stand drawers. We've also left some surprise night time story books in the kiddos room drawers, as well as, Disney Board games in the closet. After all, who doesn't enjoy a good family board game or nighttime Disney bedtime story??
