Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Horrible Experience, Never booking through here again

I was never able to check in and the host was very rude when the booking site reached out to her . She kept hanging up the phone, I’m still waiting on my refund. When I asked her about my payment she did not respond. Update: She finally issued a refund after 4 days
