My only issue was that non of phone numbers worked for the company. 2 of the phone numbers belonged to people who were not part of the company… but the issues we did have they responded to the next day and there was no trash can in the kitchen which was weird and no pool towels, so we had to buy some … but other then that it wasn’t bad

Overall, the inside of the house was clean and well-maintained. However, the pool needed cleaning, and when I brought this up with the host, they stated that it was cleaned weekly. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, we never saw anyone come by to service it.The outdoor trash appeared to have been left by previous guests, as the trash can was already full when we arrived and was never picked up during the seven days we were there. The smell became overwhelming, and the buildup attracted a large number of flies.I would not recommend this property for families with small children. The pool doors do not lock properly and are only secured with what appears to be a metal rod to keep them closed, which raised safety concerns.

House was in a nice & quiet location. However the pool was very dirty and we weren’t comfortable using it. It also needed a good cleaning!

Needed to stay here as there was damage to our own home. This was a decent house, had almost all the amenities and appliances we needed. No garbage bin, only had mugs that held 6oz of liquid.Terrible location. Busy area and extremely noisy from the highway.Lots of ants. I had to buy bait stations because the host never followed up.After extending our stay another week, the new door code didn't work. We didn't get a working code till that evening. We needed to extend our stay another week, and were trying to pay and get a new door code, but we were told that we needed to vacate the property with less than 24 hours notice. They let us stay one more night. The phone number never worked to contact the host.I do not recommend this property or rental company.

My husband and I needed a place to stay while our house was being refurbished from water damage. The house was decent and had almost all the amenities and appliances we needed. There was no garbage bin and they only had mugs that held 6oz of liquid, so that's the most coffee you could make at one time with the keurig. The location is terrible. Without traffic, it's about 25 minutes from the disney parks, but if you're going in at 8am, or coming back at 5pm, it can take 40 to 50 minutes. If you're a light sleeper, you'll want to avoid this location, or bring good earplugs. The house is less than 100 yards from a stoplight on highway 27, so we heard noisy trucks and sirens from the fire station a couple miles away all day and night. We saw lots of ants upon check in, all over the kitchen and master bathroom, coming from tiny holes in the wall. We immediately tried to contact the number for the host, "At Home Vacation Rentals," but they never picked up or responded to any texts. We couldn't get a hold of any person over the phone any time we tried during our stay. Someone finally contacted me over the vrbo app. They claimed that there was no sign of insects at their pre check in inspection. They told me that someone from maintenance would contact me, but no one ever followed up. I finally bought bait stations and put them up around the house. This got rid of most of the ants, but we would still see a few every
